AI generatedReviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the laundry service is incredibly convenient, helping busy parents, seniors, and working individuals save a substantial amount of valuable time every single week. People truly love how professionally their garments are washed, folded impeccably with great attention to detail, and returned looking like a retail display. Though some customers experienced issues, noting missing belongings or clothes returned damaged, discolored, and carrying unpleasant odors. A few reviewers also highlighted frustrating delivery delays, extended hold times for items, and feeling deeply dissatisfied with the overall handling of their possessions.

Poplin for me is everything
Poplin for me is everything, as someone who travels 100% for work it's amazing and a lot less expensive than sending it out through the hotel. Everyone that has done my laundry did it with care and great communication! The pick up and delivery service is great! I drop at the front desk and I get an alert it's been picked up and the same for delivery.
Seriously amazing
Seriously amazing. I have 6 people in our home and our washer started to leak. We're extremely busy and I never feel caught up on laundry on a good day. Putting away my clean, folded laundry yesterday was better than therapy.

This is a quick and easy program and takes some of the housework headaches away. I do not have a car or washer and dryer, so this saves me time and money.

I am a 1st time user after 80 years of doing my own laundry. The service was more than I expected. Laundry was clean, perfectly folded and picked up and delivered when they said it would be. Price is very reasonable for what you get and the time and effort you save.
Love it!! Worth the read⬇️🤗
I loved the ability to use my time to tackle more tasks on my chore days. Almost doubled my free time. I EVEN HAD TIME TO CHILL AFTERWARDS AND RELAX FOR THE DAY. So affordable and realistic compared to my shared laundry room. Love the service so far. Thanks guys!!

Poplin saves my life with laundry
Poplin saves my life with laundry. I submit my request for laundry service & within 5 min someone claims my order online. We discuss pickup location and time then viola it’s picked up. Then it’s delivered when washed and ready fore to put it away! My favorite laundry gal sorts it by size.
An amazing blessing!
An amazing blessing! I didn't know what to expect! I'm 80 and had never used this kind of service. I can be kind of fussy but going to the laundry room on this AZ heat was getting difficult! From the moment my order was picked up on time and by a pleasant young woman till delivery I had the most WONDERFUL experience! This is a professional company with excellent employees! My laundry was done so perfectly I just sat and looked at it when the packages were delivered! Not only perfectly cleaned but the folding done I had never seen before! Sorted and stacked in a beautiful manner and then bundled! I am so happy I researched and read reviews before picking poplin! This was a great choice...it also turned out more cost effective than using the laundry rooms where I live! Thank you poplin for being such a blessing in my Life!!! Marsha McDaniel
