Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the laundry service is incredibly convenient, helping busy parents, seniors, and working individuals save a substantial amount of valuable time every single week. People truly love how professionally their garments are washed, folded impeccably with great attention to detail, and returned looking like a retail display. Though some customers experienced issues, noting missing belongings or clothes returned damaged, discolored, and carrying unpleasant odors. A few reviewers also highlighted frustrating delivery delays, extended hold times for items, and feeling deeply dissatisfied with the overall handling of their possessions.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. The ease of scheduling pickup, having it done within 24 hours and dropped off at such a reasonable price is absolutely perfect for this family who suffers from several disabilities and is on a very fixed budget. It's cheaper than our local laundromats and much more convenient!
This is an exceptionally affordable service with amazing service. I love Poplin and am grateful for this service.
Poplin ended one of the longest-running traditions in my relationship: the “laundromat date.” 🧺💔 Every weekend, my partner and I would load up our laundry, drag the bags onto a 20-minute bus ride, buy some chips, and spend hours watching our clothes spin in circles. Romantic? We tried to convince ourselves. 😂 Then we found Poplin—and suddenly, laundry became the easiest chore in our lives. Our bags disappear from our doorstep and come back clean, neatly folded, and ready to put away. ✨ It honestly felt surreal at first: no hidden fees, no shenanigans. What surprised me just as much was the customer service: always ON POINT. Whenever I have even the smallest question or quibble, someone seems to be there almost instantly to help. 🙌 I can always use more time, and Poplin somehow turned an entire weekend chore into simply opening my front door. Our laundry still goes out on dates. We don’t have to. 🥰 Now we buy the chips and spend those hours watching TV instead of the washing machine. 📺🍿 #PoplinChangedMyLife #PoplinSweepstakes Sophie Zhang
Poplin is convenient and inexpensive. You put your order in on the app and someone picks it up the same day. My laundry arrives fresh smelling and folded the next day. I don’t have to buy detergent, softener or run my appliances all day. I have a certain person I request each time. She is the best!
Poplin made my experience good . They are honest, and hard working.
Here’s a natural, positive Trustpilot-style review: I’ve always had a really great experience with Poplin Laundry. The process is super convenient from scheduling the pickup to getting my clothes back clean, folded, and ready to put away. It’s such a time-saver and the service has made laundry so much easier, especially when I have a busy week! -Lauren S. #PoplinChangedMyLife
Always quality service with flexible pickup and delivery windows. Very convenient for this busy parent. Direct contact with your laundry support agent is extremely helpful. I've tried other similar situations and find this one to be the best.
Excellent service. Altho notifications from the app sometimes lag with a perfect connection
It's a great service you can request who you would like to do your laundry once you get familiar with poplin person that does your laundry you get it the same day or the next day they do a great job folding and your clothes smell fresh and clean i love it
The laundry was picked up timely, returned within 24 hours, and in great condition. Folded neatly, and extremely clean. I will definitely start doing this regularly to help with my stress! #PoplinChangedMyLife - Becky Karlowicz

Kimberly was my laundry pro and she did an amazing job! I got my laundry back fresh, clean and folded neatly. I especially loved how easy it was to book services and her response time was very quick. I am a huge fan of poplin and will use this service again in the future!
Poplin has really been a life changer for me. I have osteoarthritis and just bending and loading washer, etc, was too painful and a friend referred me! I absolutely love it and have had 3 different wonderful ladies do excellent jobs! Love this service!
Awesome service! Out of town for work and this saved me the trouble of having to find a laundromat, lug everything, etc. The laundry expert and the app communicated the pick up time and drop off time. Found out they service my home so will use them as needed there, too!!
My laundry pro was awesome. She found a pack of gum in my pocket and labeled it in a bag “pocket treasure” which I thought was great! My clothes were folded so neatly and smelled GREAT. I’m more than happy with the services I received 🩷 #PoplinChangedMyLife
I always have great results with Poplin! I'm disable and I don't have a washer and dryer in my apartment, Poplin makes it easy for me to get my laundry done with pick up and delivery service with affordable pricing. It truly has been a Godsend having this service available to me and my family.
Michele was very professional and communicated every step of the way. She was more than courteous and did an amazing job with my laundry 💕💕
Looked for a new wash & fold service because I wanted to test out the market to see if I can find a more affordable option compared to the laundromat that I used to take my clothes to get washed and folded. The place I used to go to had the best price in town ($1.35/lb.) and it wasn't close. The service was phenomenal and the quality of wash and fold was impeccable. However, the driving was a little crazy taking an hour of my day to drive to the location and back twice every week. I found Poplin and found that the service, the quality of wash and fold, the price, and the turnaround time was a lot better than the Mom & Pop shop I went to. I still love the other place, but Poplin is saving me around $15 per wash now and I'm buying back my time because Poplin picks up my clothes and delivers in 24 hours. Poplin is fantastic and we are already telling our friends about Poplin.
Quick service! Very neat folding! Great customer service!
AMAZING! When I got my laundry all folded with little bows I could have cried with delight. It was so lovely. Julie is so reliable. I can't imagine doing my own laundry again. So grateful this service exists! #PoplinChangedMyLife
