Great Service
I had an issue with one of my orders and it was solved promptly by customer service. All other orders have been executed perfectly. The app is easy to use, too. #PoplinChangedMyLife Emma Woodbeck

What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the laundry service is incredibly convenient, helping busy parents, seniors, and working individuals save a substantial amount of valuable time every single week. People truly love how professionally their garments are washed, folded impeccably with great attention to detail, and returned looking like a retail display. Though some customers experienced issues, noting missing belongings or clothes returned damaged, discolored, and carrying unpleasant odors. A few reviewers also highlighted frustrating delivery delays, extended hold times for items, and feeling deeply dissatisfied with the overall handling of their possessions.

Great Service
Mercedes is always friendly and courteous. I get great service, communication and timely delivery every time.
I’ve used Poplin for a few years and never will again…
I’ve used Poplin for a few years and had my ups and downs with it, but kept using it because it was convenient. I’ve noticed lately a lot of them have been charging extra. I literally weighed my clothes when I got them back and it was 10 pounds off and they charged me for a large item when they shouldn’t have. This is the second time that I’ve noticed my laundry bill went up significantly when my laundry amount never changed. This was my last straw. Never using them again. Sick and tired of the laziness and dishonesty.
Not sure this qualifies, BUT . . . .
Not sure this qualifies since I just saw this was meant for new customers. Oh well! Still willing to give a testimonial for Poplin. We began using Poplin soon after my husband was diagnosed with a serious cancer and our washer broke down. When facing trips to the laundromat and decisions over a new washer became a sideline stressor, we checked out laundry delivery services. Honestly, we decided on Poplin because it was the cheapest. After our first order we were hooked and decided that Poplin could take one stressor off our plate. We simply began using plastic kitchen bags as hampers and after about a 3 bag accumulation sent them off to Poplin. We were surprised to receive them back in put-in-the drawer condition. Folding was better than I ever accomplished myself. We have always experienced good laundry providers, and feel like we have found gold with one who has repeatedly accepted our orders. (Negatives: We learned there is a minimum fee of 30 lb. aka $30 order. And, one time, we were unexpectedly charged a surcharge because apparently there were no providers in our immediate area. On the funny side, received back a pair of undies that I wouldn’t have been able to fit into in at least 50 years!)
Attentive team
Attentive team. Prompt team. Communication is awesome.
Poplin is amazing
Poplin takes an everyday chore off my already full plate. As a working mom of 3, sometimes I just don’t have the capacity to handle the piles of laundry that constantly accrue in my house. I’m so thankful for their skills and their insanely talented folding techniques! Lisa Darwin #poplinchangedmylife
You know that feeling where your brain…
You know that feeling where your brain is jumbled and you can’t remember which way is up? And then your kids remind you that they need clean clothes to wear to school on Monday? That one request can tip you over the edge in a heartbeat! (Please tell me I’m not alone in this feeling??) Enter Poplin. A mother’s saving grace! You mean to tell me all I have to do is gather up the dirty clothes, and a trusted professional will come pick them up, clean them (and even listen to any special requests I have), FOLD THEM, and return them the next day?? Yes please!!! The only thing missing is someone to come put them away for me. 10/10 would recommend!

Very convenient
Excellent service especially for us due to having no washer and dryer at the moment with three kiddos. Very responsive and works around my busy schedule.
I love my Laundry Pro!
The laundry pro’s are very professional and competent. The service is reasonably priced with free basic garment coverage (also premium options), for any missing items- but I have never had a missing item in the four years I have been a customer. My Laundry Pro of choice is fantastic and I trust her completely. Once in a while the company will email me a promo code for a small discount. My laundry always comes back clean, fresh and folded neatly before placed into plastic bags and delivered back to my porch where I left them, always on time or notified on a rare occasion of slight delay due to life’s vicissitudes. Quality, trusted service you can depend on. Would recommend!
I love Poplin
I love Poplin! I’m 70 years old and my laundry room is in the basement. I can no longer carry comforters, sheets and towels up and down the stairs. Poplin makes it so easy and they’re so fast! I’ve used them three times now and I haven’t been disappointed. The prices are very reasonable and the people I’ve had were very good. I encourage everyone to try them.
I have used poplin since earlier this…
I have used poplin since earlier this year & there is no going back! Having someone pick up, clean my laundry, fold it & return it to my front door is beyond amazing!!!
So neatly folded
So neatly folded, fresh and delivered with care. Being a recent widow without a vehicle, Poplin had made my life doable. God bless you!
The laundry pros are exceptional
The laundry pros are exceptional. I had nicole this time and she did a wonderful job. She was very efficient with the time and my laundry came back, looking beautifully and was magnificently folded. I’ve also had Tracey before as a laundry pro nd she too. does a beautiful job. I’ve been with you for a while since I have mobility issues with my arms and this service is a lifesaver. I had one bad experience where my laundry came back, very wrinkled and feeling damp. I texted them to let them know it and they took her off my list immediately ..Good job guys.
Poplin is lit 🔥🔥🔥
I’ve had a great experience with Poplin. It’s such a convenient and helpful resource in moments when I’m really busy and need a little extra help with laundry.
