Poplin is very inexpensive and it has given me more time with my family and for myself. I highly recommend this service.
They don’t stand behind their service
I wanted to love this service because the convenience is great, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Several clothing items were lost during my laundry order. Poplin acknowledged that the items were lost, but required me to repurchase them before considering reimbursement. Unfortunately, several of my missing items were handmade, discontinued, or purchased internationally, making that impossible. I reported the issue immediately, provided detailed descriptions and values, followed up multiple times over several weeks, and even sent a formal demand and executive escalation. Eventually, communication stopped entirely. Losing clothing can happen with any laundry service. What matters is how a company responds when it does. In my experience, the lack of meaningful communication and resolution has been far more frustrating than the original mistake. I cannot recommend this service based on how my claim was handled.

This is the 1st time I used Poplin. They sent me Anna, a sweet lady/girl. She was very organized and on time! She was also routinely in contact with me giving me updates on arrival times for pickup & return delivery. She picked up Sunday night around 6pm and returned my clean laundry Monday at 5pm!! 24 hours.... AWESOME!!! I highly recommend Poplin for any and all your laundry needs. By the way, I'm 68 with a bad back. So, I'll use them again, and definitely request Anna! #PoplinChangedMyLife

I love Poplin. It has been a game changer in my life. I recently became disabled. and found my laundry piling up on the regular. It was so stressful. This service has become the best solution. More than I could ask for, really. My laundry comes back folded and smelling delicious. They follow all my instructions. I am so satisfied with how every one of their laundry pros does the laundry the same so you can always count on them to help keep your life running smoothly. The best part is, it's not expensive! It's less then the other services and less then most of the drop off spots. I hope it never goes away. I send everyone I know a referral with $20 for them to see how amazing this service will be in their lives. I love love love it!
