It took a little longer than expected to receive my order but however when I contacted customer service via phone they were very kind and hospitable. You actually speak with a live person! I am very happy to continue business with them.
I had a very hard time finding the filters I wanted on the air specialties website. The order too a long time to arrive. I did get the filters and they were as exoected.

I had bought filters at Home Depot that oddly didn’t fit my furnace, despite being correct size. I emailed Purolator who educated me about nominal vs. actual filter sizes. I ordered the Purolator brand (you don’t generally see Purolator brand on big box stores). The filters arrived in about a week and fit perfectly. The only downside is you have to buy a minimum dozen filters.

No problem with PurolatorAirFilters. UPS, on the other hand, left my package by my mailbox at street level, rather than at my house. Bad driver! They usually do better than that.
We ordered a dozen filters for our new furnace when it was installed last month. Ordered the brand (Purolator) and model recommended by the furnace installer. The price and shipping costs were very reasonable. Communication with the seller was timely and accurate. You'll hear from us next year.

My first experience was a great one, with ordering the furnace filters needed., Customer service is top shelf! I was given a shipping date that was later, but was pleasantly pleased to have received the delivery about a week earlier. ACS is a very good business to get any filter needs supplied. They do supply many different sizes!! Will definitely keep this my "Go To" for filter supply replacements. Highly recommend ACS. Very happy customer

Prior to this order I only found this filter at one location near me. All other brands were to large (4 1/4in). Even with having to pay for shipping, the cost is still with in reason and delivery is quick.
