The product appears to be high quality and worth the price. The filter, design and case are well made. The shipping time was delayed about two months due to the pandemic and not the fault of the seller. The only disappointment was that my credit card was billed almost immediately even though the order was not in stock. I received an invoice via email indicating paid in full. The reason for my giving four stars is that I was never contacted regarding the extended delay to provide a status etc. I feel that the status should have been emailed to me periodically. When I called to inquire about a month after ordering Daniele provided an excellent update and very pleasant customer service. When I called a second time about another month later Daniele again provided excellent service.
I ordered filters April 16 and didn't get them till July 1st. I had to buy other filters to use because I couldn't wait that long to get them. These were furnace filters that should be changed once a month. I emailed to check on them and was told they were having trouble getting them but should arrive by may 29th.

Purolator HVAC Air Filters: 25x25x1 Hi-E 40 Pleated
Site had a good description of different filter types, although it took some research to find and compare. Prices were quite fair, better than some competition, and product is good quality and American made--a big plus! Filling the order was delayed, probably by COVID delays. Shipping was prompt and reliable, with tracking and notification. One of 12 filters in box was damaged, the sender promptly responded to my complaint with a promise to refund the amount for the damaged item.
I guess they'll work fine but definitely flimsy com pared to the no-name brand that was in there. Also, box was a bit crushed, so now they're not square.
A little disappointed, since I thought I was upgrading.

Only issue i had was that you didn't state up front that it would take over a month to ship. If you had said that i would have been ok with it. Also, you shouldn't have charged my credit card until you were ready to ship, that's not a fair practice in my opnion. I had to email you a week after my order to even find out that it would take over a month to ship.

I ordered filters a month ago and still haven't received my complete order. I'm still waiting and will not order from them again.

Difficult to rate due to Fed Ex error not the company. I assume package was delivered to incorrect address. I was notified by Fed Ex that it had been delivered and dropped in front of my garage. I immediately went to look at for it and guess what.....not there. I tried to notify Fed Ex but not sure because I was unable to speak with anyone. I hope you can help me.
I have been dealing with Air Cleaning Specialists for about 4or5 years now really appreciate their product. It's well made, I like the pinched frames because it holds the filter material in place. Unlike the other brands available in stores.

First time dealing with this company. Order processed fairly quickly and got it about a week after I ordered. Would have been sooner, but evidently there is run on furnace filters similar to toilet paper early in the pandemic.
I gave a 5 for the product but was very disappointed that Fed Ex did not ring my doorbell and had left it on the edge of my front porch about to fall down the steps. Please request that your product be put in a dry place. I had 2 packages from Amazon soaked earlier in the week. I have repeatedly asked for packages to be placed on our screened in porch. It may help if you indicate that the product needs to be dry. The filters are not wrapped and would have been no good if they had been soaked like my last 2 boxes.
