The order arrived as expected. However, the packaging for shipping was wasteful. I could only order 4, but that took two boxes (one box with 3 filters and one box with only filter). Please consider offering product order sizes which are also efficient to ship.

Could not find this anywhere in store and we had a filter with dimensions slightly off from the standards in store, we tried a local small store to buy it from before but with the pandemic we could never find it or they were open weird hours. I wish I would have thought to look up the company on the old filter we have been using for 2 years almost, it was cheaper than expected, we bought 5 and they arrived much faster than anticipated. 10/10 recommend!
Got what I ordered and paid for which is great. They were very late and I had forgotten I ordered them when they finally showed up at the door. In 2021, with shortages and shipping problems, I can't really fault the company. They did send an email telling me it was going to be late and I did appreciate that. The price was really good compared to similar air filters at the the big home improvement stores. Overall, I give you thumbs up!

I ordered these filters because my furnace repairman recommended them. Just received my second box of a dozen. There was a longish lead-time this time around (as there seems to be for everything) but I was given an expected delivery date, which was right on the money. Very happy with the experience. And oh, yeah, as far as I can tell, the filters do a great job!
Easy ordering. The service person was very good and the delivery was prompt.
The filters work fine, however ours were damaged both years we ordered them. The delivery service is very rough and they get damaged. I would recommend that the filters be packaged with packing all around them to prevent damage.

In ordering a case of 4" filters I was never informed that it would take a Month or so to receive my order. I know there is a supply problem in the country but a heads-up would have been nice and understandable. The the filters were delivered while I was away visiting my family and I was lucky that I had a covered entrance that kept the filters from being rained on. The filters, while a nominal 24x24x4 were listed as an actual size of 23.375 x 23.375, what I received was 23.25 x 23.25. The end result was poor communication and no quality control.

Once my box of filters finally arrived, the filters were in perfect shape and exactly what I ordered. However, I am not sure if this rating is fair or not because the order took over 3 months to arrive. I had been informed previously by the company that there had been a significant backorder of the fiberglass needed to produce the filters, So, can I really blame Purolator Air Filters for the delay???

Unfortunately, there was a backorder on the he-40 filters. I have used these filters for a few years,,, thus the reorder. Then after a few weeks they arrived, crushed! I called Purolatorairfilters.com and sent photos of the crushed filters last week. I am guessing that they were crushed by the delivery company. They will be sending me some replacement filters soon. I haven't received them yet,,, hopefully their backorders have been filled.
Took a little longer than I had hoped for shipping but customer service was very friendly and im pleased with my product. Thank you
