I ordered the grey miracle knot crochet hair (tight curl) do not waste your money. The hair was not easily detangled and matted up terribly after a few days. I had an unused pack that I returned, still waiting on my refund almost if not a month later. Product is definitely over priced for alleged human hair

I purchased some hair from QVR, but decided to return it to purchase a different type for a particular style I wanted; QVR was very helpful and prompt when assisting with my return. The new purchase also came very quickly, I am very pleased with the quality of all of the hair I received and the customer service is pleasant and easy to work with. I placed the order for the hair I needed on June 19th and was not delivered until July 1st, so almost 3 weeks to get my delivery was definitely not timely. Then the boho hair that I had ordered, was advertised as human hair and did not act like human hair once I put water on it. Within 2 days of installing it, the hair started to tangle and shed like it was synthetic hair. I did the best I could as I was taking this hair on vacation so I needed it to look decent, terrible quality. I did look at the reviews before I ordered and they were all positive and 5 stars which is what prompted me to order the hair. In an attempt to give my honest opinion I left my review on their website almost 3 times and they refused to publish it publicly so I feel they do not want anything under 5 stars on their website publicly. Do not see myself ordering again
I received my hair in a timely manner which I appreciated since I've seen reviews about slow shipping. The hair is soft, and lightweight The only reason I didn't leave a 5 star review is an issue with the color.
The price is very exaggerated compared to quality and quantity. It tangles alot, sheds alot and very little amount on the packet. They also make it hard to return the product.If the packet is opened, its unreturnable. No free return of the parket.Buy the product at your own risk.

I ordered Afro kinky Bulk Human Hair for Braiding & Twists Natural Black #1B 16 inch 3 pack one pack was bad it wasn’t not 16”and it felt blended hair, not human. The other two packs was okay but for the price they charged and the quality I will use synthetic hair next time

The hair I received did not resemble the product shown on the website. The texture was noticeably different from what was advertised, making it unusable for my microloc appointment. I even compared the advertised photos with the product I received and asked several experienced natural hair wearers for their opinions. Everyone agreed the textures did not appear to match. The most frustrating part was the customer service. I contacted the company immediately, provided photos, and explained the issue. Instead of addressing my concern that the product did not match the listing, I repeatedly received responses stating they did not send the wrong item. I requested return instructions multiple times and was not given a return address or clear explanation of the return process.
