I saw an advertisement for buy 3 get 2 free. When my order arrived there were only 3, NO free 2. All 5 emails to inquire on the 2 free were ignored until the 6th email when I was told I ordered from the wrong page. There were no other options once I clicked the advertised offer. I truly believe QVR operates on a bait & switch, even the price changes once you click on the advertised page. QVR rather accuse the consumer of making a mistake rather than honoring their advertised promotion. I rather have my money back than give them any of my business. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered 5 bundles of 14 inch hair. What I received was a bunch of scraps for each supposed bundle that were 2 to 4 inches at best. This company is not providing products that fit the description of the products purchased. This is a scam. I will not be ordering from QVR again.

I purchased the kinky curly bulk braid hair and I absolutely loved it! It made my twist look so natural and the hair is very light in weight. I would purchase again the quality was good.
I like this website a lot. The hair is comparable to YWigs in terms of quality and usability. They ship quicky as well. Ive ordered a V part wig, and multiple bundles of chrochet hair for a full crochet and mircale knots. The hair is soft & washable, I would definitely recommend.
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The hair I received was not true virgin hair as advertised, nor was it the French curl texture shown on the website.
After wetting the hair, the curls quickly fell and lost their pattern. When we attempted to color the hair, it became clear that the quality was not what was promised. The product did not perform like genuine virgin hair.
In addition, the website’s advertising was misleading, as the hair received did not match the description or photos. Shipping also took over three weeks, which was much longer than expected.
Overall, this was a poor-quality product and did not meet the standards advertised. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I returned the hair and now you make it hard to get a refund asking to many questions you have the hair now send me the money back PayPal told me to ask for a refund and now you want to make it a problem not happy please don't order anything from this company

I recieved the incorrect color of advertised hair and shipping of 5 to 7 business days turn into one month until product was delivered. But, they did provide a 50% refund, instead of replacement with incorrect order, with the correct irder color being shipped overnight.
This is like my seventh purchase from the company shipping is always on time and as expected and the hair is just immaculate ever since I found them I have not bought any other hair. I only buy from them looking forward to continue to purchase from them as they provide amazing service as well as an amazing product.
This is the worst experience that I have had QVR Hair are just some of the worst hair stores ONLINE ever they make you pay for returns and the issue I’m having is that I have not received my product and I ordered my hair extensions June 4 and now they’re telling me I won’t receive it until June 18. This is ridiculous and then on top of that I can’t get in contact with the people who are delivering my product. Their phone number and address does not exist. I’ve tried reaching out to QBR via WhatsApp that doesn’t work and when I do email them, it takes them 3 to 4 days to even get back to me. I wish I had trusted the reviews when I read them the first time because I have to go buy hair from somewhere else just to get my hair done for my hair appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please people save your money. Buy your hair from either your hairstylist or a hair store because QVR bad Business. June 4th to waiting until June 18th or 20th is sad . Still haven’t received
QVR HAIR IS TRASH..QUITE LITERALLY!!!! They seem to use gathered natural hair so the length is NOT the length order and NONE of it is together enough for you to use for one twist!!! You will have nothing but scraps!!!! You’ll need 5 bundles to equal out to 2 bundles!!! If you don’t believe me just order one bundle and see for yourself!!! I’ve used it, a customer of mine used it, and a random I met on the street had it in. WE ALL HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE AND PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have ordered multiple times for different types of hair and they have all been great. quality. The orders were received quickly and their customer service responded quickly any time I had a concern.
In December, I ordered crochet hair from Queen Version Remy Hair. Once installed, it was stiff, synthetic, and nothing like advertised. I didn’t take a picture of the packaging because I didn’t expect to. They refused a partial refund. In May, I gave them another chance with small twist hair. They never sent a tracking number and ignored my emails until I opened a PayPal case. They falsely claimed they had emailed me. Worst company ever—avoid them!
