Dream Team
Rod Davis and Team made the first time home buying process smooth as butter. Rod was very easy to get in contact with, explaining everything each step of the way. He was extremely responsive. You won’t find a more competitive rate either. I’ll look to do business with Real Genius in the future.

Rod Davis rocks!!!
Mr. Rod Davis was such a patient, knowledgeable and wonderful help. Big decisions & lots of angst with it but literally Mr. Davis was there for all my questions. So much information and numbers but all explaining no matter how many times I asked and he didn’t make me feel less than or ignorant for asking. I felt that way but this I can really say Mr. Davis made this experience as stressful that I felt it was for me as best as it could be & I’m appreciative of it!

Pat and Nate were amazing and incredibly helpful. They both worked with me to get the best rate I had heard of at a crazy time in the market and were extremely personable and efficient. Our the paralegal at our closing could not stop raving about how great they were to work with from the legal side as well. Can't recommend this team enough.

Real Genius lowest rates in the USA
Dean Christopoul was very patient with me as I wanted to wait until rates hit a particular value. He wasn’t pushy and simply let me know when it occurred several months later. He explained the entire process, all the terms and was very responsive when I had questions. Closing was a breeze and the attorney came to my house to sign the papers. Pleasant and easy process and I asked him to reach back out if rates drop again. 100% recommend!
