Working with Eddie Eusebio was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He called me right away after I submitted my loan application and was incredibly courteous, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible and was always honest and transparent. He took the time to explain every step and patiently answered my many questions without ever making me feel rushed. What impressed me most was that he truly had my best interest at heart. When I had to walk away from a signed contract after the appraisal, he was supportive and encouraged me to make sure I was choosing the right home — he was never pushy. The loan processor and closing team at Real Genius were also fantastic to work with. The whole process felt smooth and well-managed. Eddie is simply awesome, and I highly recommend him and Real Genius to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated loan team!

The entire process completed in a month, and was clean, quick, and seamless, without a single hurdle at any given point. I was able to choose any lender I wanted but chose Real Genius because the professionalism of Dylan Arnold. He answered all my questions and was available anytime I called or texted. So easy I thought it was a scam. Closed in 13 days, INCLUDING holidays
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Real Genius. I was in the middle of a refinance with another company that had dragged on far too long and was riddled with issues, delays, and poor communication. I was frustrated and honestly skeptical that switching lenders so close to the holidays would work. Then I spoke with Matt. From the very first call, he was calm, confident, and reassuring—despite the fact that I was initiating the process just one week before Christmas. He walked me through everything clearly on the phone, laid out exactly what would be needed, and set expectations around timing that, frankly, sounded almost too good to be true. And somehow, they exceeded them. The Real Genius team was incredibly responsive and proactive, even through the holidays. They reached out promptly when they needed information, communicated clearly at every step, and worked seamlessly—even on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. At a couple of points, the process was so smooth and efficient that I actually double-checked to make sure it wasn’t a scam. We submitted the application on 12/17 and closed on 12/30. Unbelievable. On top of that, the interest rate was significantly lower than any other quote I had received. The combination of speed, transparency, responsiveness, and value was unmatched. I would work with Matt and Nate again without hesitation—1000 times over. If you’re looking for a mortgage team that actually does what they say they’ll do (and then some), Real Genius is it.
