This place is amazing! We stayed in #4 and it was so clean and stocked with any thing that we could’ve needed. In the perfect location between downtown and the national park. Will definitely be staying again!

This was a great home. Really enjoyed the privacy backyard fence with pool area. Great neighborhood. Overall great experience. Did not have one problem during stay.

Safe and secure and clean

Sunflower #98 a great place to hang your hat.

We had a great time at Sunflower #98. We loved how everything was labeled of where it went. The check out instructions are clear and easy. All communication was friendly and timely. Our whole family was able to stay together. Living space a little small for the number of beds.

Pet Owners Beware

Will actively avoid Red Awning in the future and will warn all friends and family about the experience. They have a bait-and-switch when it comes to the pet fee. Typically AirBnb includes the pet fee as part of the final booking amount. Red Awning actively hides pet fees wayyyyyyyy down at the bottom of the listing as a footnote (does not even place the pet fee in the description itself), then hits you up for the additional payment after confirming your booking.

We had several problems with our stay!

We had several problems with our stay. First, there appeared to be miscommunication between the property manager and the RedAwning company. Neither of them took Accountability for my concerns, and they each pointed the finger at one another. Then, the problems that others have written in their reviews have not been addressed. This had to be the worst Airbnb that l ever rented. One in the house beds were not made. Dirty dishes were left in sink. Dirt and food all over the floor. My family and had to sweep the home. There was dirty dishes in sink and the refrigerator had dead fruit flies inside it on the top shelf. We had to clean the kitchen ourselves. Common decency with having someone stay at your Airbnb is to at the least sweep and that was not done at all. The guest bathroom shower does not drain. Both bathrooms were filthy. It was hair in both showers. Will never book with Red Awning again!

It was an easy process

It was an easy process. It would be nice to know what additional rentals are right next to this one. We had more family members who wanted to stay near us and I just gave them the address.

Property grate, this condo was NOT

While we love this property and location, the inside really missed the mark. Most of all was the awful bed. I don’t think I’ve slept on something that uncomfortable in years. TV was also really outdated and grainy.

Wonderful home for large families or small event!!

This home was perfect for our small beautiful wedding! We had 22 people stay in home, it was big enough so no one was crowded. For the wedding we had around 50 people. Everyone was so amazed with all the room. Host is very helpful and was available if needed! All our guests commented how nice the home was. I would use this home again for any future family events!

After dealing with another vrbo property where we were able to get a response and hen finding that property available on Air B and B for $500. more< it was refreshing to have such a quick and pleasant response from your organization

Home was infested with ladybugs!!

Home was infested with ladybugs!!! So many you could not walk without smashing them on your feet. Asked to have cabin cleaned while we were gone to cades cove and game back to even more bugs. Asked for refund and management hang up on me. If you’re looking for rude , nasty and overpriced then this is the place for you. Management did say they would give me back cleaning fee of 480.00 and I expect that at the least!!

Stay away from RedAwning

Stay away from RedAwning We rented a villa in Encore, there were so many problems it’s hard to know where to start! The first floor had 2 leaks coming from the showers upstairs. The Jacuzzi in the pool didnt work. The garage door didnt open or close. The ice maker on the fridge didnt work. All the shelves inside the fridge and freezers were either broken or missing. Lots of bulbs were burnt out, they actually came to change bulbs, but nothing else was addressed or fixed. What a terrible experience, every time we complained called or texted we were given the runaround or ignored.

I would never book again with red…

I would never book again with red awning, they are quick to answer calls and emails until they take your money. The house we booked at encore Resort 7708 Fairfax in Kissimmee Florida had issues from Jacuzzi not working, no cushions on the pool chairs (just the metal base), leaks in living area coming from the bathrooms, broken fridge draws, broken ice machine plus plus. I have pictures of everything. Called the company a hour after we arrived, they made all promises but never came through. They simply lied and wouldn't reimburse us a penny. This house is far from elegant, pictures are deceiving, it's run down and ugly. Do not use this company, you cannot trust them. I guess there's a reason this house is for sale, so many nasty reviews. The property manager Bonnie sawyer is a waste of time. She lied every day and I have all the calls and text saved for proof. Stay away. Go with jeeves and get a better deal.
