Ymarie Faith was so helpful. I was in an incredibly frustrating experience that was compounded by IHG booking - I think IHG or maybe it’s whoever does their reservations - using AI to manage me. What’s worse, is that when I asked if they were AI, it lied to me and it said it understood wanting to talk to a human, but when we started working through my booking, it was clear I was talking to AI. I demanded I speak with a human being, and that’s when I met Ymarie. She was helpful, kind, and patient. If a company thinks we’re too dumb and we don’t mind getting lied to by AI, that company will lose my business. People like Ymarie are why I stay. Thank you.

It was AI. Did not tell me she was not the actual Pacific Palms resort or identify where I was calling. It is fraud and I am disputing. The actual hotel said it was booked by travelocity. My name and email were wrong. Said my name was Spacey and not Stacy. Only AI would do that. Way overcharged. $90 in fees.
