Ordering was simple and straightforward. I purchased two dresses and was very pleased with the quality of both of them. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size for one of the dresses and when I reached out to customer services, I got an immediate response with clear instructions on what to do. The team was very easy to work with and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with! Ordered 9/11 because I had a wedding to attend on 10/11. I was notified it was delivered at 3am. Did not receive anything emailed them since that's the only way we can communicate. (Takes them hoursssss or days to respond) She claims it was delivered nothing can be done. They send a Google like picture of my home in broad daylight but claim to delivered it during the nighttime? Which she couldn't give me an answer. I paid almost 80$ which I'm not just going to freely let them keep my money. I am STILL fighting them on this issue and they can't resolve anything. That package protection you pay in case this happens? A JOKE!

I ordered from this company thinking it would be a major scam, but was happily surprised. The items aren’t exactly as the images portray as the fabric either looked thicker or a different material all together but they are definitely very close! I am happy with my purchase. I ordered an do based on measurements but items were too big they offered to send a new set in Large if I wrote a review. I was impressed with customer service, shipping times and ultimately the large fit great! Thank you scacto
