Avoid at all costs
Sold me a defective dress that was poorly constructed and not at all how it was pictured or described on their website. Have been attempting to return it for nearly 3 weeks, and they have stopped responding to my emails, which is the only way they allow you to contact them regarding returns. I have had to file a case with PayPal. Scacto actually offered to give me an 80% refund without having me send the dress back, as they know it’s bad and don’t even want it. DO NOT give this company your money. Not worth the hassle, and your item will be defective anyway. A textbook illustration of “what I ordered vs what I got.”

I reached out to the company to do an exchange because the dress was big, and I wanted a smaller size. The company got back to me right away and helped resolve my issue. Excellent customer service.

Hi received the clothes I ordered. But when i tried on the jeans wasn’t long enough as shown on your website. So this was misleading on your part. I very rarely return purchases because it’s take to long to receive them anyway. But this is a 👎 for me on the jeans!!

I ordered an embroidered top and received a printed top on very cheap material with a totally different neckline. You only have 14 days to return for full refund but have been unable to get a response. UPDATE: they issued me a refund but did not offer to send the advertised item which I'm sure they never had.
