There was a problem not with Scent Box, but with the post office for delivery. After several failed attempts at calling the local post office, I called Scent Box, and they were very friendly and understanding. They had another order shipped out immediately. I just got my first ScentBox and i have to say they blow scentbird out of the water. I canceled theirs after i got my firat delivery. The fragrances are so much better and you dont need to pay for cases they come in great twist up cases. I also got a few surprise discount cards for popular companies that came with it. I will totally be keeping this subscription going.
I have been a ScentBox subscriber for over a year. I enjoy the change to try a perfume put before purchasing a full bottle! Having the ability to choose what scent I receive is a great opportunity to sample scents I may not be familiar with. There was a shipping issue with my most recent shipment and the customer service was top notch, great communication and a quick fix. I would highly recommend subscribing!

Placed a monthly gift subscription for my wife. Neither she nor I received the gift or any notification. Asking for an eta of the ordered gift, the response was that they’d sent my wife 5 notifications to activate the gift over 5 days. Since I was never told this activation from my wife was needed and it was a surprise birthday gift, I didn’t know to warn her to check spam for the notification. Found it; tried to “activate“; nothing worked. Sent multiple emails to sent box to no avail. Seems very much like a scam intended to trap customers. Strongly advise avoiding this company.

I picked 3 scents for one month and they chose to send me none of what I chose i guess i got overstock. I would not recommend this site very unsatisfied will be switching to scentbird ASAP. I want to use stronger words but trying to keep my cool DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!

The perfume arrived very quickly. The packaging was very pretty, a gold parcel. With a lovely black box inside. The attomiser was very classy, and the amount of perfume was impressive. Looking forward to the next parcel to arrive.
Great selection of products, the speed of delivery wasn't that fast to be honest, and the price is a little high but for the selection I'd still consider it worth it.
