Mohamad Bissani took care of me after about 4 hours of phone calls about my rate issue. He listened and understood my problem and got it resolved. He didnt tell me over and over again that he was going to put me on hold and was that okay, or apologize a million times, making the call even longer; however, he was empathic and came across concerned without making the call longer. He was knowledgeable and kind.

I just started with Sekure, and LOVE THEM!! I switched over from Clear Choice; they were a NIGHTMARE!! Sekure has been complete opposite, and a BLESSING!!! 1000% love David Khumbuza, he's been WONDERFUL. Machine works great, no technical issues, batches hit when they're suppose to!! No suprise fee!!
