Very poor communication cannot give you straight answer of when parts to arrive always next week for literally months. Company does not even stock parts for own unit. As a HVAC contractor we would never recommend the brand as the unit is only as good as the customer service standing behind it.

I’ve installed at least a dozen Senville units ranging in size from 9K BTU to 24K BTU and each installation gets easier and faster.
The first one I installed a few years ago never worked right– but I chalk that up to installer (me) error. For the money you save in labor, it’s worth buying professional grade tools, including a micron gauge, a good vacuum pump, quality valves and hoses and a torque wrench. Watch some YouTube videos to build your confidence.
Trust me, once you get the hang of installing these things your friends are going to come out of the woodwork asking you to install one for them!

Great 18,000btu ductless minisplit with great heating ability for eastern WA. Shipping was super fast, everything arrived well packed for shipping. Price for the unit was better than any other quality brands equivalent unit, and yet the quality on these machines provides incredible confidence as the installing contractor. Warranty is very easy to fill out for our customers. Another helpful update is the paperwork and certification are available for reference during the design and sales process, as well as helpful for me as the estimator at the office to provide direction for our guys in the field. We hope to become a Senville authorized installer, and also hope to continue to sell these heat pumps to our customers.

The Experience started out pretty good with knowledgeable people but then I believe the process was outsourced and not as good.
Also shipped me the white insulated refrigerant lines which are corrosive to the lines causing holes and damage after I let them know they were bad and wanted the black type.

I installed this unit in a 36x 56 metal building with minimal insulation and it works great. When I turned it on it was 90 degrees and within 30 minutes there was a noticeable difference in humidity. Within 8 hours of the install it was 75 degrees and maintaining well.

the product is very good. Customer service was outstanding. Instructions on the box were non existent. Amazon lists the Senville mini split as a DIY system, which it is as long as you already know what you are doing. Luckily I had a friend who had installed a system previously and there are a number of good YouTube videos, but Senville does not provide a step by step installation guide.
