I ordered a pair of shorts that did not look well on me and I didn’t like the fabric as well. The return policy is HORRIBLE!!! $10 to restock and then $10 to return. I feel as if I was taken advantage of. I will never order online again. No plans to buy from the store either because inventory in stores is limited.

I love Akira’s unique styling, and super fast shipping. The returns are easy however, I don’t like that we have to pay a return fee. The clothes are not cheap and I think that for as much as I spend, certain customers should be at a level or getting free returns. I didn’t want to give 3 stars but an item was left out of my order… just fyi.. AI doesn’t always work when it comes to dealing with customer issues.

Never received my package says it was delivered last Saturday in a random lobby of a building. Akira support said to file a claim through claim routes( because I paid for the package insurance) and claim routes is saying that my package hasn’t even been shipped when there’s a clear photo of it sitting in a random lobby God knows where. Here we are the following Friday and still unable to file a claim. I’ve sent numerous emails to their support team to no avail. This is the third time they have left my package in a public lobby. Just know when ordering from them they use bobo fufu delivery services.
