didn’t receive package
I reached out to you to try and find my package. I still haven’t received it and I had to go somewhere else to buy clothes for my daughter‘s birthday.

I love the design of the shoes. It is so u I wud and different. It reflects my personality and gives me so much confidence when wearing. The heel is just enough height to look sexy and stylish but still be comfortable. It didn’t take me out of my budget and shipment was fast. This was a first time purchase with…
This was a first time purchase with Akira. I received my shoes in a timely fashion. I did opt for the expedited delivery because I need them for the R&B concert, which is coming up this weekend. When I received my shoes they were a half size too small. The website was very helpful because it informed me of what stores near me actually carried those shoes in the size I was looking for. I didn’t have to go through the hassle of returning them and then paying again to get the new pair in time. I drove to the King of Prussia location and they exchanged my shoes with no problems. They honored the discount that I got online and I am very happy with my purchase. I will be purchasing from Akira again soon.
