I’d like to give a wholehearted testimonial for Tony Parry, who has recently helped us at Holywell Press transform the way we take payments. Tony specialises in solving a business’s “payment pains,” and he’s certainly done that for us. He set us up with a new card payment system that looks significantly more professional for customers visiting our premises and is far more intuitive for our staff to use. Payments are now seamless, receipts are produced effortlessly, and—importantly—the whole solution is more cost-effective than what we had before. One standout “payment pain” that we were struggling with as a business was getting paid by overseas customers. Al has been extremely helpful all through the process of changing over our card machines to sky tab.. which didn’t take long at all.. The card machines are great and we know Al is only a phone call away if we need help… Highly recommended him…

While dealing with this company a couple months I noticedoney missing not going into the bank account. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Was about to do small claims but continued a couple more months with the company because I was told it would be refunded to the company. That was a lie. Ended up losing over $35,000.00 from Sky Tab POS company and building a lawsuit. You all should watch your money closely with this company. This company also admitted to a strange mishap of the POS system failure during an event with my partnership and a loss of money. They failed to pay that money back. I have the proof given to my attorney.

NOT MOBILE FRIENDLY. We tried this POS out. Didn't work for what we need. Now we've been fighting for months to return equipment and be done with this scam of a company. (Meanwhile charging us 55$ a month.) Were in our off season. Which we discussed by putting a stop to payments until next season (they didnt care) They say 30$ a month. Be carful. Every item has its own charge. Do NOT sign with them unless you fully read the contract. You WILL get screwed over like us.

Steve Taylor was amazing and I could not be happier with the service and help he gave me. No pressure selling and listened to what I wanted and needed for my business. Opened up on the 1st January and Steve came to my premises and set up the card payment machine and took the time to teach all my staff as well. The machine is easy to use and with very poor signal in my area it picked up a connection every time and we had no problems. I would highly recommend to other business users and cannot thank Steve enough for his support in making a very stressful opening that much easier. Thank you so much Steve.

I recently switched as old providers kept asking for too much data and charged too much for a small business. I then met Mr Zamir Afzal who told me about Skytab and explained everything really well! Switched soon as I could and it's been a smooth few weeks. Highly recommend!

Absolutely worst system on the planet , do not get suck in by advertising and bar Rescue bullshit, and its slow. And anyone that thinks its ok is a lair and must have a slow business. Harbortouch is a far superior set up. And I'll do anything to shut skytab down, everything about them is dumb. I'd give less than 1 star if I could. 12 year harbor Touch loyalists. Getting ride of skytab after 24 hours. It's like running windows 98 when I was in elementary school. If they would alow pictures I'd post them. It might be ok for a dinner but way to many steps for doing 20 transactions in 15 minutes.

I was looking for a new card machine/provider to lower the charges taken by the provider in order to keep more money in my business. I contacted Karen Fabrizi as she has helped me previously, and second time round she’s found me another great deal. The process was all very simple. Karen had a few questions for me, the answers I provided on text. I had to sign some documents, then within the next day or two I had received my new card machine. Over a short phone call Karen helped me get up and running very quickly with my new terminal. Not only did she find me a better deal but now I receive funds the next business day, cutting this down from 3 business days with my previous card machine provider. All very seamless. I’d highly recommend Karen to anyone and will no doubt do business with her again in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
