Lucas the salesman and Marco the Tech were very attentive to our needs. After discussing with Marco the Technician who had come to check out the system, they talked and suggested the upgrades needed. Then within a 2 day turnaround Slomin's Tech installed all the up grades, solving the issues and explained the operation of the new devices.
