Install took 3 weeks when we were…
Install took 3 weeks when we were promised 48 hours. Install was done by third party not even Slomins an app was not available. On top of all that the system doesn’t work and now I am home waiting for service which they can’t tell me when he will arrive. Very poor service
Two issues
Two issues. First I had requested a morning appointment well in advance. The man did not come until the afternoon because he said he had another visit 1 1/2 hours west of where I lived he said he could’ve come to me first. Also, I was charged the incorrect amount and the bill had to be readjusted. Man who serviced me was very nice.

I have been a loyal Slomins customer for the past seven years. I buy a surface contract and pay for my Oil deliveries promptly. I had a service appointment in early May for a burner cleaning which they canceled the day of the appointment. They rescheduled it for two months later. After waiting around all day, they called me at 2:30 this afternoon and told me it would be another two months before they could get a technician to service my burner. To say I’m a very unhappy customer would be an understatement

The technician that came over to my home was very,very helpful. After installing my replacement remote for the alarm system he tested my smoke alarm as well. He also explained to my wife how to use her new remote. "All in all great technician"
