We had a rough experience with the initial installer and again with the people who are supposed to work with you to resolve concerns. The senior customer service manager and the final installer were great. Everyone else we dealt with were terrible. One lady who was supposed to be a customer service manager even hung up on me. When our contract is up we are done. The previous 2 contracts were great. Slomins has lost their way when it comes to customer service.
