The new wireless system is excellent with a couple of caveats
The new, wireless system is great. I wish I would have received more specific details beforehand. Like, that the new keypad that would be replacing the old wired ones, would be free floating and I would need to find a surface somewhere that I want to keep it. Wasn't aware of that. And that it needs to be near an outlet since it needs to be plugged in. Also, the install service took a lot longer than I anticipated

As of right now
As of right now, one star because we were promised a way to keep our son safe using flashing lights because he’s deaf . I was told they have it but now they don’t have it and we are locked in for five years. I’m extremely disappointed with this company. Waiting to hear back from a supervisor.

the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced with a company! Pay for a service contract and it takes over 2 days to get someone to come and over 2 days to speak to a customer service representative! after calling 4 times! If I could give a minus number I would !!

Showed up on time, was very personable, took care of the issue and showed me what the contractor had to do.

The installation went really well. They left my house just as it were before they arrived. Before leaving, they went thoroughly with different scenarios and watched me actually do it in front of them.
