Misleading sizing and disappointing customer service
I was really excited for the medium gather bag and waited over a month for it because it was only available for preorder. Unfortunately, the bag I received did not match the dimensions advertised on the website.
The Medium size was listed as 42 cm in length and 28 cm in height, but the actual bag measured only around 36–37 cm long and about 26 cm high. This is not a minor manual measuring difference. Even the comparison photos from customer service seemed to confirm the smaller measurements.
What disappointed me most was the customer service experience. I had to go back and forth through several emails explaining the same issue repeatedly, even though it was very clear that the sizing on the website did not match the actual product. Instead of properly acknowledging the problem, they initially did not offer any meaningful solution.
Only after I mentioned that I would consider requesting a credit card chargeback did they finally offer either a very small discount for keeping the bag or a free return. That did not feel customer-friendly at all, especially considering the product did not match the advertised dimensions.
Since I had already waited so long for the preorder, I decided to keep it, but overall the experience was frustrating and disappointing. For a brand in this price range, I expected more reliable product information and a more accommodating approach when the product does not match the advertised specifications.
The bag itself is beautiful, but due to the unreliable sizing information and the lack of customer-oriented support, I would not purchase another bag from this brand again.

My original delivery was unfortunately stolen (with proof), but Hannah and her team responded immediately and handled the situation with professionalism and care. Within a week, they sent out a replacement at no additional cost — something I genuinely appreciated.

I bought a medium Yore Hobo bag - Sandalwood suede, the bag is made of beautiful soft suede leather with a soft two-tone sheen. I appreciate the thoughtful details – smaller side pockets, e.g. for keys or airpods and one front unobtrusive and at the same time sophisticated pocket with a magnetic closure for a mobile phone, which you always have at hand and is nevertheless safe. It is excellent craftsmanship. The bag is timeless and very practical. The customer service is excellent. The communication of the staff is respectful, helpful and kind. I highly recommend the Songmont company.

My experience was wonderful. I pre-ordered the Small Gather in Onyx. Shipping took a little over a month but that was fine. I reached out to customer service a couple of times on status and they always responded within 24hours.
The bag itself is beautiful! The leather is soft and for it to be a "small" bag, it holds a lot.
My only con is that the longer strap seems less substantial to the smaller strap. It would be nice if the longer strap had the same leather finish however it's not a deal breaker. Overall, I'm very pleased. I'll absolutely order in the future. I'm hoping this bag will eventually come in taupe.

My Songmont Black Yore Medium Hobo arrived incredibly well-packed. It took eight calendar days to ship to Toronto. great products. my wife loves the magnetic closures, it makes life so much easier for her to take stuff in and out compared to her previous bag with stiff zips that was so hard to use. We have a small problem with the bag but was rectified promptly with their support team.

Fantastic service, great responce time and the quality and design of the bag is premium. I had limited time in China and contacted Songmont to make sure that the shipment came to me on time because I was worried I might leave the country before it arrives. I gave them the addresses of the hotels I was staying at in different cities as well as the dates. They were incredibly flexible and helpful and made sure to get the bag to me on time. The Luna bag is ever better in person than in the photos.
