I have a spade 4 and had previously had a series two and loved it. My current one went black 2 weeks ago after only 6 months use. I contacted the help line and they gave me instructions to hopefully correct it. It did and I am happily wearing my watch again
I just LOVE this watch and app.
I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this watch and app! (insert smiley emoji here) The watch is the most feature packed watch I have ever seen. I have had, over the years, 4 Fitbit's and this watch is far SUPERIOR to those trackers. AND the customer service is AMAZING !! Trisha not only answered ALL my questions but was kind and patient with me. I allowed the battery on my watch to deplete to 5% and did not enable low power mode. The watch died, dead, RIP. I relayed this to Trisha and she IMMEDIATELY started the process of a replacement for me. I even got to change the color of the watch to my preference. I am very happy with the company and it's premiere prodcut: H4.

I love my newest watch. I like the charger so much better as it's faster. This has been a pleasure to have and I especially love that I can wear it during my swim classes. That is so important to me.

I bought 2 of these watches as gifts, my husband who is an android user and my mom who is iphone. My husband has never had a smart watch and he loves that it tracks his steps and sleep . My mom had an iphone watch that was older and stopped holding a charge so i got her this for mothers day. She loves it and says it does everything her apply watch did and she can swim in it.l

The watch is great. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the watch band. I contacted customer support and within minutes I got a response and 3 days later I picked another watch band and it is currently on its way to me free of charge. Great customer support.

My order did not arrive. I have emailed the company 6 times with no response. I paid 122.00 aud asked for my money back or give me the watch i ordered. No response. Worst company ever. Do not buy anything through them totalky dodgy

I have worn the Health”3” for a few years with no problems, but decided to upgrade to the “4”. Subsequent to purchasing I received a random marketing email from Spade and Co. I took that opportunity to explain that I was having trouble setting up the language on my new “4”. Trisha forwarded my email to Kelly who emailed me specific instructions the same day. I was so grateful to call in and get my order redone and cancel and put back in. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nick Turner, and he was so wonderful, outstanding, very patient. I am a first time customer to order the smartwatch for and I am so excited. Can't wait to get it. I will be doing a review on it. In a week after I get it, but I just wanna say your customer's service is outstanding. I put in a email and I got a email back. Real fast. So I will just like to say, keep up the good work and again.
