I was skeptical at first, a 10 day charge. But it’s true! I had an Apple Watch before and didn’t have as many things as this one does in order to monitor my health. It’s easy to read. I’m still learning. I accidentally changed my watch face, but I figured out how to get it back lol. You will not go wrong with this watch. I can’t wait to show my cardiologist.

I really like many of the features of the Smartwatch 4; however, I encountered a glitch with the VeryFit app and couldn't get into it. I was considering returning the watch until Wennie figured out what the issue was & walked me through it step by step to resolve the issue. Love my new watch. Great interaction with my iPhone. Steps don’t seem to sync automatically every day and I hate the lack of trending on the scale. I want to trend more than my weight. That’s why I bought THIS scale. But that’s my only complaint.

Nice watch. Affordable. Have owned it for 3 weeks. As others have said it never, never connects to the app. A big flaw and a pain in the rear really. Makes it not as useful as they claim.

Spade smart watch 4
Spade is the third smart watch vendor that i have dealt with. The first two, their smart watches were crap and the customer service was worse. Still waiting for replacement watches from both. Spade smart watch 4 so far has lived up to the hype and the information given in the advertisements. The area where Spade is light years above the rest is customer service. The watch is very self explanatory. I have had some tech questions about the operation and forwarded them to Trisha. Not only did she give me answers in great detail i got responses the same day. You should pass on all the other smart watches in the Spade class.
