Do not trust purchasing tickets through them because they use a third party and you won't recieve a refund. Today I purchased tickets for an event, afterwards an add popped up to add parking for the event so I proceeded with the purchase. Once I checked my email and saw the address and it was for parking under a viaduct/train looking place (not safe). I immediately called and requested a refund to which they denied me stating it was on the website. Initially I never seen a no refund policy or knew it was through a third party. I went to recheck the website and I didn't see the no refund policy either. This needs to be looked further into because this is unacceptable to expect people to just leave their car in a place like that without showing people where first. Instead of giving me a refund because I don't feel my car will be safe there or I just plainly do not want it, is truly bad business. I hope no one has to go through this. Google this address and let me know if you feel safe leaving your car here. 24 E 16th St. - Under EL Zone 51825. I'm here to warn others, don't get scammed.

My phone froze and I was trying to get out of a parking garage and when I called the person I spoke to was extremely rude and said, almost yelling, ‘well your phone not working is your problem’ and when I asked if literally there was nothing else I could do and if I would have to be stuck their all night he said yes. When my phone came back on and I tried calling to get out since my reservation expired he would just hang up on me everytime.

When we arrived at the garage we were told they were full and our reservation would not be honored. We missed our event because we couldn't find parking. Will be pursuing a refund. Would give 0 stars if possible.

SpotHero charged $10 extra because they considered my Subaru Outback "oversized". Upon arrival, I asked about the extra charge and parking attendant stated my car WAS NOT oversized, but he couldn't remove the fee because SpotHero is a 3rd party vendor. Thankfully, I arrived early enough to cancel the SpotHero reservation and pay the lower price directly to the garage.
