Unfortunately I placed a 2nd order for 4 Custom Photo Heart Crystal Led Light Keychain - gift for anyone, dog lover, cat lover, who lost a loved one - Personalized Keychain. I twisted lid to turn on and only 1/4 works. Sad as these were Christmas gifts and no response yet.

Ordered 2 personalized mugs as Christmas gifts. They came in small thin boxes with stabilizers but no padding. Both boxes were shipped in a plastic bag envelope. Both mugs were destroyed in shipping. Contacted the company by their support email, only choice on FB. Several days later after a second email and a message sent on their website...still no response. Next contact is my credit card company.
Finally was able to reach the company. Was assured mugs would arrive before Christmas and that extra care would be taken in packaging. Mugs did arrive in time and in goid shape. However, the same flimsy packaging was used. Kind of on the fence about this company. Mugs were a premium price, but average quality at best.

I ordered tree skirts. Totally different than what is pictured. They have tassels all around edge and there are none in picture. Also, appears to be quilted in photos when, in fact, it’s very thin material. Would not recommend this product.

I ordered the crime scene watching blanket. I have ordered 4 of them now and they are all very well made and the personalization makes them even better. I love the website and it might take a couple weeks to get the order but it's worth the wait.
