I like rimless frames, and other online suppliers claimed they could not put my lenses into rimless frames. They suggested I try local optical suppliers. Which I did. And they wanted upwards of 800€ for lenses and frames!
Then I stumbled across Tenda, and to my joy found that their system allowed me to have my lenses in rimless frames - at a tenth of the price of local optical suppliers.
I placed my order just before Christmas 2023, and had my glasses second week in January - that’s some good going!
The glasses are very comfortable and are the correct prescription - 5 stars to Tenda.
the initial sales was brilliant, but i received the wrong prescription glasses. i send 5 emails and 4 online support messages over 15 days asking to either return them or replace them and have not yet had a reply. so i am out of pocket and ignored.
The turnaround time from the time of order,production and shipping was well within my expectations and there was accurate communication with me throughout.

So I ordered them and a month later they were at my home.

We place the order and here after noticed that we gave the incorrect PD. We notify Tenda glasses and we receive right away this will be corrected. After two weeks we received the order and it was perfect.
We were more than please that the correction was done. We are happy and this one more reason that we will stay with TD glasses.
I am extremely happy with the glasses I received from Tendaglasses, so much so that I ordered 3 pairs. The price was excellent, the color selection what I wanted and no shipping fees! And they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I will continue to order from Tendaglasses in the future.
