Pretty good experience

Pretty good experience. Ordered from DK, glasses arrived in ~15 days. Very good value for money, and the quality is decent!

⛔️SCAM ⛔️DO NOT BUY AT TENDA GLASSES. YOU'RE NOT ABLE TO RETURN YOUR PARCEL. They give you the feeling that it's a European or American company while they're based in China ! This means that if you want tu return your parcel you'll have to pay full price to return it. I wanted to return my glasses because the frame was too big and they told me "we don't offer any return label you'll have to bear the cost". The return cost is 35€ ! They sell glasses from China but they don't even offer a VIRTUAL TRY ON. And then, they have the nerve to say " As our prices are very competitive, YOU COULD JUST BUY ONE WITH A TINY TO TRY ". UNBELIEVABLE In short, All is done for you to buy but don't ever ask for a return. #TendaScammer #TendaScam #Thieves

The glasses did NOT arrive

The glasses did NOT arrive. Quite possibly the Worst company i’ve ever had the misfortune to spend money with. They insist my glasses are somewhere in Spanish customs and couldn’t care less. I think the whole thing is a SCAM and they’ve never even sent anything in the first instance. I won’t be parting with any more cash and encourage ANYONE AND EVERYONE CONSIDERING these MUPPETS to sort them a pair of glasses to use a DIFFERENT company. One word, THIEVERY.

Deceptive "Return" Policy, Poor Quality Frames

TENDA Glasses has a fraudulent return policy and poor quality products. The website states they offer a full refund within 14 days, but they intentionally omit the fact that you must return the glasses to an address in China even thought they use a local 3PL warehouse (in California) to fulfill and send the orders. They insist the glasses must be returned to China, which would obviously cost more than the original purchase. In sum, they have no intention of refunding your money per their "return" policy. They eventually offered to refund half of my original purchase and that I could keep the glasses. Hard pass. Update (03-31-24): My credit card company issued me a full refund after providing them with documentation demonstrating their fraudulent return policy. TENDA's response below did not respond to my charges, as their fraudulent "return" policy indefensible.

Frames of the wrong color.

Everything would be fine, only the color of the glasses frame is different from the one I ordered.

Not quite as expected

When I ordered my frames, I was looking for a specific color. I thought there was one choice for ordering purple & when they came, I realized they also come in lavender which was what I wanted. There is extra space where the sides fit to the front & this makes them wider so they don't fit as well. I thought I'd reseached them thoroughly, but missed these two areas.

Careful as prescription error will be on you.

I input the Cyl or Sph in wrong way but also uploaded prescription which was checked. I was asked about a value and said what I thought it was. Glasses came and lenses wrong. My optician said I gave wrong info due to way opticians write script but that it should have been spotted. I complained repeatedly and wanted just the lenses part of the transaction refunded as had to replace lenses myself at big expense but was only offered 30 percent off more glasses. Had to spend a lot to get lenses redone by an optician who did seem to understand the prescription. The frames are really lovely. Be careful as any error on prescription will be on you.

I broke my first pair of glasses while…

I broke my first pair of glasses while playing with my grandkids on the trampoline. I ordered a replacement pair of frames, but the lenses did not fit them. They encouraged me to buy a new pair and pay 1/2 of the price. I was happy with that and I love my new pair.
