Great pricing, service and support.
Coming from another (much larger) provider, we was skeptical of moving to a smaller lesser known provider like Termly.
After price increases from our existing provider, we finally decided to take the jump - and the only regret we have, is not doing it sooner.
The price is so much cheaper, the support has been great, and the webpanel is much more modern and functional than what we used to have.

Really disappointed. I only filled out the massive form because the terms were advertised as "free" for a single use. Upon completion I can't access them. They're presented in a special editor that doesn't allow cut and paste; the HTML download doesn't work with our markdown website. Termly's "free" offer is not technically a lie, but I feel mislead.
It's a shame because had they just made them available for free, I'd have probably paid for the additional services.
