The food was tasty. Great.
The portions were tiny and expensive.
We split a hamburger in half, the fries were in a little cup . It would have been the perfect size for 5 year olds !!!
I ordered a drink it was a glass packed full of ice 🧊
3 sips and it was almost gone ($20)
My wife asked for a champagne 🍾 split.
They brought out a opened Moët -MINI bottle
About half the size of a split (!!) for $24
So now we’re up to $65 to share a burger with an insulting amount of fries .
She wants to leave a 20% tip. Fine .
Every time we go out to lunch it’s $80 for a unsatisfying meal.
I’m sure the corporate people are very satisfied.
PLEASE 🙏 Lord , don’t let my wife drag me into another Cheesecake Factory-EVER AGAIN.

My wife ordered a Santa Fe Salad, it took 35 min to come, then when it came there was no chicken, waiter was very apologetic and then the salad came back a second time with what looked like was rotisserie chicken and it was ice cold. Aidan was awesome. The female manager advise Aidan that she was not gonna take the item off the check after my wife asked for it to be take off a d said she can have a free piece of cheesecake. Aidan ended up getting another manager to get it taken care of. Neither manager came to speak with her at any point before she left. Very unprofessional and unacceptable treatment at the Chandler Mall location in Az.
Yesterday was my husband’s birthday, and we chose Cheesecake Factory because we loved our previous experiences there.
The hostess said it would be about a 20-30 minute wait, took our phone number, and said she would call us when our table was ready.
After we waited over an hour with no call or text, we stood in line again and said we have been waiting over an hour. We asked the hostess if she had called us and she said yes, but quickly said, “I think I wrote down the wrong number.” She repeated our number, and said she had the incorrect last digit, then laughed and turned away. Another hostess seated us, and I asked her if they do anything special for birthdays. She said, “yes, please let your server know.” Our server greeted us. We asked for bread and he brought us some.
We ordered and waited for over another hour for our dinner. We asked our server for more bread as we were starving, and he said the restaurant “ran out of bread” but said “you guys were lucky to get the first order.” We asked our server if our food was ready as we had ordered over an hour ago. He quickly delivered our food and said, “ask and you shall receive.”
By the time we received our food, we only had about 30 minutes left on our parking meter, so we quickly ate our meals, which were delicious. After dinner, I asked our server for my husband’s complimentary birthday cake - we ordered the Linda’s Chocolate Cake with lots of whipped cream, my husband’s favorite. Our server said the restaurant ran out of whipped cream, but we could come back tomorrow. I knew we would be busy and the restaurant would be busy as it was the 4th of July so I asked for a takeout box for our leftovers and for the cake to go, as we sadly did not have time to enjoy it in the restaurant. Our server brought our leftovers and the cake in two takeout containers in a paper bag. When I received the bill, I saw that our server had charged us for the cake. I reminded him that it was my husband’s birthday, and he said we need to give him our rewards number for him to remove the charge. My husband and I gave our phone numbers and our server said we did not have rewards on either of our accounts. Our server asked my husband when his birthday was, and my husband said, “today” and offered to show his license. Our server said, “I don’t need to see your license, I need to see the email.” My husband found his rewards email and showed our server, but he said we did not have the correct email. He said “If you can find the correct email, I’ll see what I can do.” We needed to leave to get to our car and couldn’t provide what our server was requesting, so he took back our takeout bag, took the cake out of the bag, then told my husband and said, “Happy Birthday.” I was horrified that so many things had gone wrong and we were treated so poorly the entire night, and my husband’s birthday celebration at Cheesecake Factory was so incredibly disappointing.
We waited over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches with fries. The manager then attempted to tell my family our order had only been in the kitchen for 10 minutes when we had already been waiting for 30 minutes.
We visited The Cheesecake Factory in Nashville and I was very disappointed. I’ve eaten at a CCF 10 years ago and loved it, but I can say the food quality has gone way down hill. My chicken carbonara pasta was way too salty and the chicken had no flavor and was rubbery. My friend ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp and it was nothing at all like what it should be. Where it is usually spicy, this was very sweet, just like sweet and sour shrimp. The rice had peas and carrots also. I even asked the waitress if she was sure he got Bang Bang Shrimp and she was like ‘oh yes, that’s it’. I was extremely disappointed.

Parties larger than 10 are automatically put on the patio. When I had called the week before NEVER was this told to me. On the weekend it was 103F and windy which means the misting system didn’t give us any cooling. I would not have chosen this restaurant if I had been told the seating policy.
It took over 3 hours to have a meal and I didn’t get mine at all.
When my order had arrived it was as cold as if it had been refrigerated. I was told my order would be made fresh. I told the server to box it up since everyone else was done eating. What I ended up with was horrible.
Nothing was re-made. I discovered this when I got home. Lesson learned, Cheesecake Factory not equipped to handle the Mother’s Day. At the end I didn’t get to eat, sat for over 3 hours, and was too hot from it being 103 degrees!
We visited the Cheesecake Factory in Downtown Seattle. Our server was nice and welcoming. The food was good. I had nachos and my husband had a burger. We had to take our cheesecake with us to eat later at our hotel. It was amazing!
Absolutely the worst shrimp scampi I have ever had in my life and I’m 68. It was described as shrimp in a white wine with garlic in rich cream sauce. But nothing could be farther from the truth! There was butter and garlic but the cook must have drank the wine and put the cream in his coffee because it was not in the scampi. I will never go back to the cheesecake factory again. I would have never expected this from the what I thought was a high end restaurant! Eat there 10 years ago and it was good! Don’t know what happened between then and now!
The Cheesecake Factory Restaurant in Summerlin is a fabulous place to take visitors and family. The service is fabulous The food is wonderful .They have great architecture great bread as you wait and the servers are funny kind and prompt. The Shrimp platter was delicious My wife loved the soup and half sandwich deal Chicken salad sandwich was delicious 😋 The only unattractive feature were the drinks wouldn’t give a snail a buzz but the food and service was top notch and the employees were fabulous
Rockaway AND Short Hills locations; I got hung up on from both locations and was placed on hold and “forgotten” about. All we wanted to do was place an order. If you’re answering the phone, DONT BE RUDE FIRST OF ALL, second if you’re not taking phone orders, then use your words and communicate that rather then hanging up on a customer or placing them on hold and “forgetting”.
Scam Alert Sarasota UTC Location: Waitress tried to scam us. She brought two unitemized bills. She said she messed up the bills with another table and that they had paid our bill. She said their bill was $1 less than ours so would we just pay their bill. We initially agreed. But when she brought the bill to our table we had to push her to get an itemized bill. When she finally brought it she had added $35 worth of desserts to our bill. This scam happens all of the time, make the manager come fix the bill. So disappointing!!
Our Company order from this restaurant every week. Our Doctor is the one that picks this restaurant because she like it but lately they have really been messing up where they forget some of our order or they just through our food together. We are not happy with the cheesecake factory right now
Disappointing Experience at Cheesecake Factory
I recently visited the Cheesecake Factory at Live Casino on April 14, 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Service: The service was extremely slow. We waited 20 minutes for our orders to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. The waiter seemed inattentive and unprofessional, which added to the frustration.
Food: When the food finally arrived, the waiter did not apologize for the extended wait. However, I did discuss my disappointment of the service with the manager and the appetizers cost was waived.
Overall, this visit did not meet my expectations, and I hope the Cheesecake Factory will take steps to improve their service and food quality. Also, a few Pastas were removed from the menu. Please take into consideration and please add the removed items back to the menu.
The only complaint I have, is that they advertised if you spent 50 or more you get a FREE slice of cheesecake OR ANY LAYER CAKE. When I requested the Tirimisu Cake, I was told it didn't cover that. This is the 2nd time this has happened. If you are not going to offer the layer cake, please take it out of the advertisement.

The food was decent, but the waiting time... we were seated at the bar assured that the service wil be faster there. I had to follow up several times to check on the order, finally it was served, after 40 minutes. Really?
The manager only gave an apology saying that the kitchen was backed up..Hire more staff!
I ordered a waffle and breakfast potatoes for curbside delivery from Cheesecake Factory Bayshore. Upon arrival, I was so excited and hungry I couldn’t wait until I made it home. Initially, I tried the breakfast potatoes which were greasy and cold. Hoping I would have better luck with the waffles, (as I had them in the past from another Cheesecake location and they were delicious) Well, that was not the case. The waffles were mushy and cold! When I called in and spoke with the store manager Kevin he informed I could not get a refund nor could I return the waffles and potatoes. He was extremely disrespectful and had a lack of customer service skill. He did however, tell me my only option was to heat the waffles and potatoes up and eat them! Are you serious? I was shocked that Cheesecake Factory Bayshore would have someone running their store with such a lack of empathy and human relation skills. Disappointed customer!
The Cheesecake Factory at the Summit needs to have a hostess at the door and direct people to where they need to go as well as add an outdoor window with awning for to go orders and to buy cheesecake only. The chaos and confusion was ridiculous. The wait time was ridiculous and watching people get seated that came in way after us was very frustrating.
