Couple bad experiences:
1. The latest is a horrible experience with curbside. When I arrived, all the to-go spots were taken. All the handicapped were taken too (I can't walk far). I couldn't even illegally park on the curb because people where there too. So I called and asked if someone could just meet me by the front door, they said they would transfer me to to-go. I waited almost 30 minutes on hold. Finally, spots opened up and I was able to park. I walk in and the bakery/to-go isn't even that busy. They hand me my bag that wasn't even sitting under a warmer. I told them what happened and I asked if my food was ice cold. They hand me the bag and say "sorry". In the car, I looked at the ticket and it was prepared almost 30 minutes prior to my scheduled arrival time and was sitting out for almost one hour - the food had sour cream on it. I didn't it eat - it could have killed me.
2. Back in Dec., they had a promotion where you would receive a reward for a free slice with any purchase. I had lunch there, made sure to give them my reward number but never received a slice. Same thing happened a year ago. I wrote an email - no response. Once is a mistake, two times with no response from customer service is fraud.
I'm not sure what's happening. Maybe they are taking the Disney route and not caring about customers because they think they have plenty. I won't be going back.
I had a curbside pickup today and had an overall bad experience, other than the food which was good as expected. The instructions for curbside pickup read as follows. “When you arrive, please wait in our parking lot. We will text you when your order is ready & will bring it out to you.” There was no clearly marked spot to park when arriving so i chose to simply stop at the curb outside of the restaurant, out of the roadway of course. I then waited nearly 15 minutes past my pickup time before going inside to retrieve my order. I was told that I’m “supposed to call because we don’t have any cameras outside to see who’s there.” I don’t blame this employee but i am very frustrated with whoever trained them. As someone with severe anxiety, this was a very exhausting experience for me. If you’re looking to order food from The Cheesecake Factory, do not go to the Thousand Oaks, CA location. Or at least don’t use their poor curbside pickup system.
I just had dinner at countryside cheesecake factory. The bathroom was not clean, no no toilet paper and paper towels all over the bathroom floor. Dinner was no better. I ordered one of their specials and for $25. It was quite the disappointment. I politely took the rest of my food home and promptly will throw it out, it was a very negative experience and doubtful. I will ever go back to a cheesecake factory.
The Cheesecake Factory at the mall is terrible from them not being able to process gift cards on line to waiting 20 plus mins on the phone to place an order, to waiting 15 mins to pick up after receiving a text it was ready at a certain time……. Terrible! The employees are nice enough and the food was not excellent but I’ll never pay out of pocket to them. Highly recommend picking another place. The business’s plan needs revamped.
Visited the cheesecake factory an Millenia Mall in Orlando and was extremely disappointed. The restaurant was very busy, but staff seemed to be running about but gaining nothing. The restaurant itself was very cold especially where we were seated under an air con vent. We asked 3 times if the air con could be adjusted or switched off but it was still very cold when we left. Waitress apologised to us but it was a real spoiler in our meal as we couldn’t wait to just get out of there.
In addition the soups were cold but we didn’t want to complain as the whole place was just a madhouse. Very noisy, very cold and pretty expensive for what we had.
We went to cheese cake factory all enjoying the weather then they said we must wait 2 HOURS OR MORE who ganna wait that long don't lie pretty fancy tho. But who is ganna wait 2 frickin hours just to sit down and wait more hours for food?
i tried the fudge cake and it was hard as a rock it was the worse cake i've ever had in my life. It's way too sweet it's hard as a rock it's just horrible but it was from a grocery store; that should not even have anything to do with it either because it should be just as good from a store bought cake ;As it was from the restaurant . Just having your name on that cake and it was that bad really isn't good. That cake is completely garbage and i would have given it a huge negative thousand if i could because it was just horrible and you charge that much for that garbage you should pay people to eat it because they probably wouldn't even take the money to eat that garbage
I was given a $100 gift card and I thought that was plenty for 2 people to get well fed. Sadly, the steak plate which was $26 consisted of 10 pieces of cut up meat and one scoop of mash potatoes. The margarita was
served in a small glass as well as the draft beer. Needless, to say both us left that place still hungry.
I worked at the Grand lux Cafe in the Venetian hotel when it opened in 2000
I went to one of the restaurants in Reno recently and I ordered the meal that I had every day for 5 years, I didn't recognize the flavors and what happened to the Red Cabbage that made the perfect bite. David Overton himself came the restaurants every 6 months for QUALITY ✔️ that made the difference.
Purchased a whole carrot cake at CF Tacoma store on Jan. 19, 2025. It's not cheap. We've purchased plenty of whole carrot cakes from the CF before. CF said the only cake left was the one on didplay. I asked, is the cake fresh or has it been on display for a while. CF assured us it was still fresh. We had a large party the next day, and everyone said the carrot cake tasted dried out and like it had sat out at room temprature for a while. It was so bad we were forced to throw the entire cake away as no body could eat it including my spouse and I who typically love CF carrot cake. It ruined our party and CF lost more than just two customers that day.
I was @ the Sawgrass Mills location Friday evening celebrating my sister's birthday. And I was fine until my food that I ordered first somehow didn't come until 11:45 pm...... What the hell and all I was offered was an apology and not from the manager.
It was very nice but I really think that this organisation have messed up a bit because they take on too many reservations. It took an hour to get our seats but this wasn’t all their fault because some little sodds took our seats but the staff were so nice they got it sorted but come on the cheese cake factory do better just don’t bite off more than you can chew.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I experienced during our recent visit to your restaurant.
We were looking forward to enjoying a nice meal together, but unfortunately, the staff completely forgot to serve my youngest daughter’s meal. I havde to remind dem. They had to ask again what she had ordered.By the time her food arrived others food was cold and the atmosphere at our table had turned sour.
This oversight and delay significantly affected our experience. Frustrated and dissatisfied, we left the restaurant early without finishing our meal.
I hope you can understand how disappointing this was for us, especially as we were expecting a pleasant dining experience. I ask you to review what happened and ensure that such issues are addressed to improve the service in the future.
Kind regards,
Aslani Berner from Denmark
We had a 12:15 reservation for brunch yesterday at the Ross Park Mall location. Two of our party of three did not receive the correct meal. We waited and waited and waited and were finally brought a horrible version of a benedict that we have had there several times. Why are they not capable of immediately correcting their mistakes? The young lady manager just continued to infuriate us. We have never been so disappointed in a restaurant before. They never explained why they were unable to bring what we ordered. So sad!!!!
The food and assistance for the disabled. Their flatbread pizza's are delicious but the cappuccino isn't good. Their bread and butter are delicious but save room for lunch. They're restrooms are, spotless.
Visited the cheesecake factory in Dubai I feel the food is very over rated. Had to wait around 40 minutes for the food was hot when arrived to the table but would not go back again.
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD
Last night, my husband and I went to dine at The Cheesecake Factory's Easton location Columbus Ohio. Upon entering and being seated, our waiter simply asked what we wanted to drink without a proper greeting or introduction. After bringing our drinks, we ordered appetizers and sought her recommendations, which she provided rudely. When she returned with our appetizers and inquired if we were ready to order, I mentioned my shellfish allergy and asked if the shrimp could be removed from the pasta and replaced with extra chicken, to which she agreed without issue. My husband attempted to exchange his sweet tea for a Sprite, finding it not sweet enough, but she walked away mid-conversation. I interjected, asking for her attention, as she retorted she begin to say we weren't her only priority she has other customers besides us, and she does not have the time for this. I restrained myself and requested another waiter to summon the manager. I relayed our experience to the manager, who acknowledged her busyness but offered no excuse and asked what I wished him to do. I requested a waiter who could afford our time. The new waiter was phenomenal, completely altering the atmosphere with her was outstanding service. As our meals arrived, my husband jokingly offered to taste my dish first to ensure my safety, given the previous waiter's attitude. I had already taken a bite when the manager rushed over, urgently warning me not to eat it upon realizing my shellfish allergy stating the base that was used contained clam chowder. At that point, my tongue began to swell, and my throat felt immediately clogged. My husband started to panic, asking if I had my EpiPen. Since I had recently changed purses, I did not have it. Fortunately, another couple dining with us had one, and I was able to receive an emergency dose. I am extremely upset with the level of customer service we received; feeling unwanted and burdensome is unacceptable. The waiter's poor attitude and lack of customer service was life-threatening to me. I have nothing positive to say about this establishment. It seems intentional, and I should never be silenced about terrible customer service out of fear of receiving something harmful. This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we will not be returning. I can't help but wonder if the customer service would have been different had they known I am a physician.
