I got a call from my advocate Tamarian about a prescription that I was trying to get. It’s been very stressful being in a senior and trying to get this taken care of. She called at a perfect time. She said she would have everything handled for me I didn’t have to do any of the running around. She would take care of all of it. I was very happy to hear that and she has proven herself correct she has done a lot and she is amazing. She has contacted everybody that needs to be contacted so I can get this going and I’m very thankful because it’s more than just the medication because once I get the medication I can have my surgery which means a lot to me. She’s definitely a godsend and I thank her every day for helping me out.
Anaise has been very professional and so helpful! She asked what I need and listen to my answers and if there were anything else she could do. I actually look forward to talking to her, she is very good at her job.
Leah herself! She treated me like we had been friends for years!!! I was at ease a minute into the conversation. I spoke with someone who made me an appointment with an advocate for on or around July 20th. A family emergency arose and i was asked to go to meet my granddaughter as my great grandson was ill. When the advocate called I was talking to the Dr. I answered and asked them to call later because of where I was. Never heard from him again. Then Leah called this past week and it was like we had known each other for years.. Her attitude and laughter was just what i needed. It's hard to face all the things I can no longer do as well as how long it takes me to do it! Knowing I have Leah to advocate for me is a relief! You have no idea what its like to have all these "old" people issues and deal with losing a lot of your independence. I know Leah will do everything she can to help. That's reassuring.
Brianna was kind and patience. I'm 65 and she guided me through my benefits and offered me help when no one else cared enough. I hope you choose her she deserves to be noticed

I haven't been with understood care for very long. nut I tell you what it took such a load off my mind and my anxiety knowing that I have somebody to speak for me and to go over all my paperwork that makes me panic, And I don't know how to get it straight and understand.
