Immediately upon placing my order I realized that I didn't select teh style I wanted on the wig. I emailed customer support for an exchange and the responded quickly and made the exchange. The true amazement and joy I felt when I opened my beautiful box to reveal my new hair. The texture and color were perfect. I’m growing my hair out after a big chop and this hair will give me the confidence and appeal I’ll need until my hair grows out.
Got a response in a timely manner and customer service was excellent in communication. I ordered from UNice a few times but this is the first time there was an issue with on time delivery. I chose to cancel my order and was refunded my money, which didn’t take long, but I liked how I was offered an alternative wig should I’ve gone that route.

UNICE Hair is a fraudulent company. After my wife spent over £158 and returned the item back due to bad quality, they have failed to refund her the money since March 2026. They are based in China and pretend to be in the US. My wife bought some items from them some time ago, and decided to return it after it turned out it didn't suit her. They sent her an address in the US to return it. My wife was sceptical and warned I that they were a fraud. She returned the item back through Royal Mail that cost me a tremendous amount of money. After confirming receipt of the item, some days later upon my wife enquiring about her refund they made a u turn that they haven't received the item. The people are horrible and are a fraud. They are disgrace to honest Chinese people doing business. I have reported the matter to the Chinese Embassy in London, and to UK Trading Standards. They probably thought they would frustrate my wife into giving up. That would never happen. We want our refund. These people attending UNICE Hair are low lives. They are not worth to be amongst the human race.

My last wig was lovely besides how they bleached the parting but this time I have used points so I had a good discount and my Seel package protection has been cancelled before they've sent the wig? It says cancelled by themselves and when I have emailed and asked I wasn't told anything, this doesn't exactly fill me with confidence! If it goes missing now I'm not protected?
