The company lace wigs are very nice and install very easy.
The company lace wigs are very nice and easy to wear. The lace melt nicely and make the wig look as if it’s your own hair. The Customer Service name Larry is very helpful via email in resolving my issue with my orders. I’m on my 17 purchased orders with UNICE company. Shipping sometime 5-7 days. Refunds sometimes take a little bit too long to be refunded to your bank account.

Go for it, they have good sales
They sent my wig quickly and they kept in contact with me when I reached out to them as well and that’s very important to me, I would buy from them again. The hair is soft with no smell, the cap is comfortable and it has combs which is a plus because some wigs don’t have them. They gave me complimentary gifts with my order as well. Highly recommended.

First time wig wearer and I am happy
The speed, customer service and quality product. I am a first-time wig wearer, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! After having my baby about a year ago, I experienced a lot of postpartum hair shedding. Braids weren't helping, so I decided to try a wig as a protective style. I wanted something beginner-friendly, lightweight, natural-looking, and easy to wear without glue or tape. After researching different brands, I chose the 12-inch Yaki Straight wig from Unice, and it exceeded my expectations. It came pre-cut, beautifully layered, and the lace blends so well that it's barely noticeable. I took it straight out of the package, added a few soft curls to the front, and it was ready to wear. The quality is amazing, and it feels so comfortable for all-day wear. The biggest surprise was my husband. He has never liked wigs, but he absolutely loves this one and keeps complimenting me! It looks so natural that it has given me a huge confidence boost during my postpartum hair journey. If you're a beginner looking for an easy, beautiful, low-maintenance wig, I highly recommend this one. I'm already planning to order one of the curly styles for my vacation in October!

Not impressed…
I ordered the water wave in 20 inch and was not really impressed this hair sheds very bad and does not feel 100% human hair…definitely not made for everyday wear. I also ordered another wig at the same time the Burmese curly in ombré also 20 inch it looks like it is 14 inch…I will say shipping was fast. I tried this website for the first time but respectfully not again.

James the customer service agent was very helpful with my return process. They really have a life saver on their team! He went above and beyond to try to make my experience better. I really appreciated that thought and care about my satisfaction. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a wig and had to do a return for refund. I wish they had a store I could walk into and browse the wigs.
