Easy Return Process
I ordered a wig in a certain shade but received one in an off shade. I requested an exchange and was immediately supplied with options. Yes, I did have to pay to ship the incorrect one back (under $10) but Unice made up for it on the backend. The new wig received is exactly the color I wanted. I’m giving 5 stars for customer experience and support. The wigs were really soft and the hairline looked natural. Whilst I ended up returning my order, I would not hesitate to order from them again due to my experience with their support.

Strong chemical smell!!
The unit I purchased took longer than expected for delivery. It came nicely packaged when arrived. The unit fit perfect including the color. It wasn’t until a few days I noticed a smell in my entire bedroom. It was the wig!!! It was the smell of very strong chemicals that I could not get rid of. Long story short. I knew the company would not provide any assistance for me. I can’t wear a chemically fumed, smelly wig. It’s not safe for my health and those around me. Basically, I was scammed out of $179. Buyers beware!

I recently had an experience for the 1st timep I ordered a wig but changed my mind about the style when I saw it.
