I love the wig very real,but it came in…

I love the wig very real,but it came in a silk bag and a plasic bag no box like the videos ... smelled weird like burnt hair or something so i washed it ...Didnt get to wear it asap cuz its drying with curlers now .Its beautiful just wish i could have worn it straight out of the box like the last one i bought from here.Pray it smells better when i put it on !!I think it does!!Prayers that i love this 300$ wig cuz i want others i see!!

Mike helped me get my tracking info…

Mike helped me get my tracking info together. Only rating 4 stars due to logistics and shipping. I ordered a week ago and I likely wont recieve it this week which is a bummer as I bought it for an event on juneteenth. This was my first bad experience with the shipping. They are usually very prompt.

Mike was GREAT!!!!

Although my issue was resolved via email, I’m grateful to Mike for being courteous, understanding and supportive of my concern. He confirmed that the items were returned, offered me additional items, but I requested a full refund. He wasn’t persuasive in trying to encourage me to purchase something else, but honored my request for a refund. Thank you Mike.
