My order was in the “processing” stage for 8 days. I finally used the live chat to speak with a representative and was informed an item I had ordered was out of stock. I’m unsure why I was never contacted about this or even able to purchase the item while it was unavailable. My order was fixed and then took 5 days to confirm shipment. Customer service is lacking in communication and handling customer issues in a timely manner. On the other hand the representative was very helpful during this situation.

Do not order from this company!!! They do not stand behind their products. I purchased 28 Dickies unisex lab coats for $971.04. The lab coats material is stiff, and the sizing is way off. Extremely oversized!!The XS fits more like a medium or large. The sleeves are way too long, it least 6 inches, and the body is way too wide. There are many other reviews stating the same problems. Don't waste your money! Tried to resolve the issue with them and they were not compliant.

This company is the biggest uniform rip-off; never buy from them if you are ordering internationally. Not only is the fabric poor quality—and exorbitantly priced—but you have to pay for both shipping and returns. I bought two tops and two pairs of pants that were supposed to be the same color, for a total of 276 CAD. It turned out that, despite both being "Caribbean Blue," the pants and tops were different shades. I messaged them about the issue, and they told me it was because they were from different production runs. I returned the pants and was refunded $45 out of the $276—so guess how much those two tops cost me? $231. The tops aren't anything special, and I can't return them now that the refund has been processed; I contacted customer service, but got no response. So, if you want to waste money, go with them. I am extremely disappointed. The tops are just sitting there—I’ve never worn them, and I don't know what to do with them.

I order uniforms for 100 employees and have used UA for the past 2.5 years...and anytime we've had an issue and need timely follow-up, the customer service has been pretty awful. I would not recommend UA for that reason alone.

Ordered scrubs which came see through - photos of scrubs online did not look see through. Company states i can send them back but costing me money to send back, ordering from a company with faulty clothing and charging the sender for it when they should be covering it
