Ordered many things a few years back and had no problems. Lost weight so need new ones. This time I used a prepaid card that I put the exact amount on from checkout page (since it expires quickly). Order was denied from the beginning because now I see that it is only an "estimated price" at checkout. What kind of company has an "estimated price," why can't the calculations be done before you hit the checkout button? They ended up charging me a penny, usually no big deal but I was using that prepaid card. I had to wait for the pending charge to drop off and then I was able to resubmit the payment. The charge was approved and order marked as shipped. A week and a half go by still nothing in my mail box. Contacted customer service and got an email back saying it has been canceled due to technical error. Now I try to reorder and everything I ordered is way more expensive than what I originally paid ($40 more) Will never use this site again.

I have been ordering from this company for some time now. I love the items and order. If the item doesn’t fit I send back. This time when I sent items back, I got refunded for all the items except one. I was told that it was sent back because it wasn’t in the original form (stained). I explain to the rep there’s no way but thought to myself maybe my makeup got in it. So I took full responsibility. When I received the item back there was no stain so I called back and sent them the pictures of the item. No stains, the rep apologized and said my return would be back in 5-10 business days. I check my email now and it said that they will give me back my refund this time but the item didn’t have the tags on it. Why didn’t the rep ask me to post the tags? They were attached. I saw an orange tag and it said it was the collar that was stained. What?!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN. I was sure they made a mistake I was relieved to know that I wasn’t missing something and would take full responsibility. No stains and the original tag is there. I spent thousands of dollars with this company for over 18 years why would I pull a trick on a $17 scrub shirt? What an insult. Dishonest company. I’m very disappointed and will let all of my employees and colleagues know if you can’t find the store don’t order and send back they are not honest. I’m vexed at this point. I was so relieved that the rep agreed and refunded my change but to email me with this is nonsense. I wish I could show pics to get more clarity!!!!!!!!!! Never again!!! To add, they sent me 3 shirts same size, I never complained I sent back. Hire honest people.

Discoloration of ceil blue scrubs. Especially the pants. Shirts, as well, but especially the pants. I've paid good money for my scrubs and they have arrived discolored or ill sewn. Some scrubs, by the bad stitching should have been trashed, but instead it's shipped to customers.

I work full time as an RN and I needed this uniform for my job. I was talked to several times by upper management for not having the appropriate uniform. I waited over 2 weeks for this. If i wouldnt have reached out to UA customer support, im sure this order STILL wouldnt have been sent. It is unfortunate that I HAVE to use this company to get uniforms because the shipping has been horrendous.
