Love the product but the shipping takes a long time. If you needed a pair of shoes quickly this may not be the best option for you. Other than that I have no issues with the shoes.

Love Sheep and Their Beautiful Wool!
Love my new shoes! I ordered the color grape. They are a bright, fun color. The shoes are super comfortable. I raise sheep, so of course, I love their wool! I just don’t know how to make their wool into shoes. Luckily, this company does, and they didn’t disappoint. I’ll be shopping for more fun colors soon!

I ordered the wrong size! My fault. They actually are true to size. See the chart, use it and believe it. It was disappointing to have to send them back but the company made is very easy and quick! I reordered my size and I am excited to receive my new shoes. They are a quality product. Worth the money! I can see myself ordering many more pairs of shoes.

Beautiful shoes. Well built with quality wool. Very soft and easy on my disfigured feet. Unfortunately my one bunion was too wide and rested on the sole. I couldn’t wait for them to be delivered. Was so sad that I couldn’t wear them.
2020/21 Year of the Slipper!
2020 made me a skipper aficionado---now that Spring is here, I knew I have to trade in my Northface Thermoballs--I did a lot of research--looking for rubber soles, pure wool, and responsible sourcing---and found Giesswein! So glad that I did--love the lightweight feel and style (cool orange soles!). Fits true to size (or a smidge short--so if you are a 1/2 size you might want to go up to the nearest whole size). Love them.

Love the shoes. I wear size 15 (48) and have found it difficult to find wool shoes in this size. The shoes are awesome and the very fact they are available in large sizes is even better.

Good service, communication & product! I have purchased wool runners and then wool sneakers. My feet are horrible. Too much dancing in stilettoes during my youth. My new shoes are soothing and comfortable, especially with the orthotics that were purchased from your company which fit both pair of shoes. I will never have happy feet again, but at least they are happier in my Giesswein.

Giesswein is a great company to deal with. I was able to try their merino wool slippers and also return them with no problem. I wish the footbed had worked for me because the slippers were very nice.

Streamlined and positive from start to finish. Delivery quick and efficient. Return and refund without issue. Product quality exceptional. The only reason for my return was around sizing. I find Giesswein products to run a tad small and now understand I need to order the next larger size for an optimal fit.

My introduction to the Giesswein brand…
My introduction to the Giesswein brand was a pair of slippers I received for Christmas. I was so surprised that they were so comfortable and warm. I had doubts about boiled wool. ..not anymore. They have held up well and any stain is removed with brushing or light wiping. More importantly they are so comfortable . I have since ordered 2 pairs of shoes and can only say that ,once again, they are comfortable and the soles provide more than adequate support .

COMFORT PERSONIFIED
I love this shoe. The roominess in the toe box is awesome and the comfort from the moment I put them on was wonderful. I purchased the grey shoes with the orange laces. It is just the right amount of fun tossed into the shoe! I will be ordering these in other colors. And one more thing, this shoe runs true to size. Perfect.
