Comfortable secure fit around foot with wiggle room for toes
I just got home from my first 3 mile walk in my sporty wood shoes. They were very supporting and comfortable. The temperature was about 35 F and with wool hiking socks my feet were warm but not too hot. I usually wear a US 9.5 so after measuring my feet I chose a size 10. After walking down hills, I am happy I got the larger size. I am really looking forward to wearing these without socks when the weather warms up. I especially like how the shoe securely hugged my ankle and heel without rubbing and how my toes had plenty of wiggle room.
Merino Runners
I was looking forward to owning my first pair of wool “s eskers”. I ordered the Merino Runners. They arrived quickly. They looked great, but unfortunately I have a narrow foot and the Runners were too large in the toebox for my feet.
After my first shipment of slippers…
After my first shipment of slippers arrived and I found them to be just a little too small, I used your return process to send them back and I couldn't believe how easy you made it to get them back to you! I then ordered another pair which I hoped whould fit better and they fit perfectly. I was very pleased at how quickly this all happened, even with sending your product from Austria to the West coast of the United States, TWICE! I couldn't have been more pleased with my slippers and your service. I would definitely use your services again in the future and I have already recommended you to friends and family. Thank You!

Color discrepancy
The beanie color is significantly different in person as displayed and described online. I do a lot of online shopping so this is NOT an issue with computer color settings.

I have purchased multiple pairs of your slippers and I love them. These were not true to size (too small) and had no insole (uncomfortable!). I purchased them because you didn't have any of the slippers I usually buy. Please bring back the slippers I love!
