Didn’t fix the problem! Plumber came in and said it was the wrong part 😕 He wants to order a different part. This was my initial response on 10/5/2025. I got a prompt response from company and I sent them the pics of the parts. They promptly sent the correct part by Fedex expedited, did not charge me any extra and in fact said that would refund the money for the part that was sent incorrectly. Now that is real honest business. I take my earlier comments back and happy to give them 5 stars for taking care of the issue :-)

Despite the need for multiple trouble shooting calls, customer service patiently worked with me to identify a part purchased in 2016 and then to correct a problem with the shopping cart. The part shower water mixing valve arrived quickly and corrected the problem so my wellmade shower will live a long life providing water at just the right temperature.
