I emailed the company about a trim piece on a shower knob that came loose and was lost. It had become an eye sore, so decided to reach out to the company. I recieved a response promptly and after submitting my purchase info, I was informed that the model was discontinued but that they would source one out from their manufacturer. They shipped a brand new knob to me in the US. Shaunna kept me updated the whole time and even followed the shipment to make sure I got it. It was a fantastic and very personable experience with Hudson Reed.

I had a problem with a shower tower unit bought 18 years ago. I first contacted HReed in Dec and they were very helpful in identifying the model, my original purchase date and the part I needed and then shipping it.
Six months later the unit again started leaking. I was struggling to remove the diverter cartridge and contacted HReed again to see if they could assist.
Again the CSR went above and beyond and supplied instructions.
Excellent customer service back in December and now again.
