Vetdepot has exceeded my expectations. I am always reading reviews but do not usually post any of my own. I have been so impressed with Vetdepot's service I had to say something. I am on my 3rd refill. My last order was during Irma hurricane. I was contacted by customer service informing me that the order was delayed due to the S. Florida location. My order was filled shortly after and did not cause any significant delays whatsoever. This is my permanent home to fill my dog companion's prescription.
I loved using your website! Was so easy to mail in my prescription and then about a week later have my order filled and shipped. You guy's couldn't make it any easier for me!
I ORDERED MEDS FOR MY CAT 3 WEEKS AGO TODAY AND I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THE MEDICATION! I WASN'T TOLD I NEEDED A SCRIPT FOR THIS MEDICATION AND THEN WHEN I WAS TOLD I WENT TO MY VET AND GOT IT RIGHT AWAY AND EMAILED IT SO THEY COULD SEND IT FINALLY! ANOTHER FEW DAYS LATER I GOT A CALL AFTER I SENT A NOT SO NICE EMAIL EXPLAINING MY FRUSTRATION. I WAS THEN TOLD THEY CAN NOT ACCEPT FAX OR EMAIL PERSCRIPTIONS! OK WHY WASN'T I TOLD THIS EITHER, I COULD HAVE SENT IT 3 DAYS EARLIER! FROM THE AD IT MADE IT SOUND LIKE YOU JUST ORDER WHAT YOU NEED... THEY SHOULD PUT THAT YOU NEED A SCRIPT AND YOU NEED TO MAIL IT TO AN ADDRESS.. I WOULD HAVE DONE ALL THIS RIGHT AWAY INSTEAD OF STILL WAITING ON MY CAT'S MEDS THAT I AM ALMOST OUT OF NOW AND MAY HAVE TO GO TO THE VET AND PAY HIGHER PRICES FOR MORE BECAUSE IM NOT SURE WHEN THE MEDS FROM VET DEPOT WILL ARRIVE!

considering that i placed my order on a friday, it took a bit longer for the product to ship out because i ordered a prescription product, thus requiring a contact with my vet's office to confirm dosage, etc ... i was aware of the possible delay because of this factor and was impressed with how quickly shipment happened once my vet's office had made the confirmation.
i will absolutely get my animals their meds from this company from now on. very pleased.
Vet Depot provided fast processing of my dog's prescription. The savings were unbelievable compared to what I was paying at my local pharmacy for his prescription meds. I will continue to shop here most definitely!
