COULD NOT GET THE MUCH NEEDED MEDICATION FOR OUR 14 YR OLD CORGI WE HAD THE PERSCRIPTION FROM OUR VET VETDEPOT WOULD NOT EXCEPT A WRITTEN ONE CALLED OUR VET THEY SAID THEY HAD SPOKEN WITH VETDEPOT STILL DONT UNDERSTAND WHY WE COULDNT GET MEDS THANK GOD OUR VET FILLED SCRIP THE NEXT DAY STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD EVEN BEFORE KNOWING IF THEY CAN EVEN SEND MEDICATION THEY TELL YOU HAVE TO WAIT 3-5 DAYS FOR A REFUND

Still awaiting a refund for a product that was cancelled immediately and not included in the delivery. These people will not call you if there is a problem with your order. They will just place it on hold without notice and wait for you to realize it’s been a long time since you ordered. CHECK YOUR PRODUCT STATUS DAILY UNTIL YOU RECIEVE ITEMS.

Most likely not your faulty, it took just short of 3 weeks to get my order. I had to get the more expensive pills from my vet to make sure I didn't run out.

Horrible communication with customer …

Horrible communication with customer service. Didn't indicate on site that the prescription was going to expire, so when I found out, 10 Days Later when I contacted them, they weren't helpful at all trying to figure out a solution to the problem. There was a lot of attitude from the customer service rep, on the phone and through e-mail, and I will never buy from them again, EVER.

Medications arrived as ordered

Medications arrived as ordered. Have difficulty understanding shipping method. Was sent via FED ex per tracking history. Fed ex site listed as in town for delivery by 8pm. Package did not arrive (Town on 2,300 people) When I logged back on next a.m. Tracking hx then said was in Kansas City now at USPS not FED X, 100 miles away waiting to be shipped. Was another 2days causing my little Gracie to miss 2 doses of medication. Why change shipping co if was in town and go backwards? Hoping next shipment goes better
