I ordered my cat's medicine and paid $22 for overnight shipping. We postponed our entire Christmas vacation waiting for it to arrive. A week later they called and left me a message that they no longer carry this medicine. Just the most awful customer service I could imagine. I emailed them and told them how inconvenienced we were. They emailed me back saying I had just placed the order two days before! I had to write back and tell them they were wrong. Not even sorry! Awful company.
Vet Depot is the best and easiest way to ensure I receive the heart guard product on time with no difficulties. I am very satisfied with the product as well as excellent customer service.
Unfortunately my experience with this site was short and unsatisfying. Although I had plenty money in my bank acct, my debt card was rejected up payment portion of my order. So I was unable to get the antibiotic for my cat. In turn had to endure a very uncomfortable and expensive trip to the vet.
I ordered some Sentinal Spectrum for my dog, since the vet's price had gone up (again). This was priced at about half, so I was cautious. But the product arrived on time, and was a brand new, unopened package.
Same thing. Half price. Five stars.

Best deal I could find anywhere. And they made it really easy by contacting my vet themselves. Would have paid double for half the amount if I had gone through my vet. Works great for my 135-lb aging Newfoundland. Will buy from again!
Awesome service and very reasonable prices. We have 2 cats who are now on meds for different conditions (asthma and hyperthyroid) and what with vet visits and tests, it really adds up. Thank goodness for Vetdepot--we save a lot on the meds compared to the vet / other pharmacies. TY!
I received the medications for my dog in a very timely manner. The young lady that returned my phone call was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The cost of the medication that my dog must be on indefinitely was a great deal higher when purchased through my veterinarian. I have used Vetdepot in the past and was very happy with their service.

Vet Depot did a great job filling the order I made for Sentinel heartworm and flea protection medication. When some confusion arose with regards to the dogs having heartworm tests with our veterinarian, they contacted me in a timely manner, I was able to clear up the confusion with my vet, alert Vet Depot, and they promptly filled my prescription. I noticed that twice when I called Vet Depot, I had to leave a message rather than getting someone directly, but they were prompt in returning my call after I left a message.
