I signed up for a year program and within the first 3 months knew this was not going to work. I have a lot of physical limitations and absolutely could not do the workouts. Oept reaching out to coach and changing this but still not doable. Wanted my money but but only got a small portion back. Then got another call and was sold to stay in the program am idiot me fell for it . Just not possible or doable for me— the workouts and the nutrition. I would really like for you to consider giving me my money back or at least reducing it. I really do feel vshred is a scam!

I listen to the sales pitch and seemed something to help and motivated. Had a call from a Marcos who new all the program and convinced me to go on a payment plan. A shared i just was recovering from a injury and I shared that injury with V shred. Well a 2 day before staring i reinjured my tendon that physio recommend i wear i boot for 1 month with a possible 4-6 month rehab. I immediately contacted V shred to share and cancel my subscription as i prepaid $541. There would not refund my money, but offer $500.00 credit for my first month when i return. No refund period, $541 gone if I return. Now they are trying to charge my credit card monthly payments saying it continues which makes no sense as I am receiving nothing. All they want to do is get you financially hooked then fight to get anything back. I locked my credit card and they are now threatening me with full $5997 payment.

Do not purchase. Program is not what they say it is
I went through the entire marketing video a few times before I chose to purchase. Through the entire infomercial they claim no cardio no cardio. Well the first workout they recommend…cardio.
They upsell everything under the sun and not just once but every time I would log in to get recipes.
Finally they tell you once you purchase you will have the program for life. Well I bought a new phone. Transferred all the apps including VShred and I can no longer access it.
It’s a scam. It may help already in shape people but when it comes to customer service and support, there isn’t any.
I would not recommend this program to anyone.

UPDATE: the response I got below from VSHRED is utter BS. I wish I could screen shot the emails I have sent to them to the same address provided in their response below. It's now been more than 24hrs and I still haven't got my log-in details. I tried emailing again today...I think they have black listed my email address as I tried using another and got an immediate automated response.. talking about their 'sculptnation' site. it now seems that they have new programmes on a subscription basis and have just made original 'life time' customers redundant. I really dislike companies like this. You are welcome to give me back my money.

I bought the Fat Loss Extreme programme a few years ago & something else with Life-time Access but can no longer access my account. When I try to recover my account - it just says that "if you account exists, we'll send you through a new link" but nothing comes through - so I'm left in limbo. They haven't responded to my emails either. It's a shame as I actually enjoyed the programme on my app.

Great short workouts! I usually do 45-minute full body workouts, so I was worried about doing more frequent workouts. However, because they're so short and I still sweat and feel like I did a killer workout, I don't mind doing the workouts 4 days a week. It doesn't impede my schedule and I'm already seeing results! My pants feel looser. Yay!

This program is not what they advertise. You can find the same exercises and nutrition on the internet for free. They set you up on phone calls where they try to bully you in to spending more and more money - thousands of dollars. Do not get fooled into wasting your money and time with this program.

I have purchased this program in 2021 and have done it a couple of times. While it did not transform my body, it was ok to follow and challenging enough.
I wanted to do it all again last month only to find out that my login does not work anymore :(

Do yourself a BIG favor and avoid these people at all costs unless you can afford to give away money for nothing. I'm a disabled senior citizen on a tight budget and I fell for Vince's statements that anyone can lose weight and you don't have to give up your favorite foods.
I take full responsibility for I making a Huge mistake by falling for it. I just wanted hope. Plus they offered a 100% moneyback guarantee ao I figured I would take a chance.
I thought I was buying the one time price Fat Loss Extreme Program for $57.00 and a special Recipe Cookbook for $67.00.
I NEVER received a receipt. That should have been a Red Flag but I didn't heed it.
As soon as I got my password I went to the dashboard and knew immediately that I had made a huge mistake. I have severe health problems and cannot do their exercises or afford their different required foods and/or supplements.
So that same day I wrote to their support address asking for them to honor their guarantee and refund my full $124.00. For over a week I wrote to every single person who sent me an email begging for my money back.
Only one woman had the kindness to respond. If it hadn't been for her I would still be ignored. With her help they supposedly refunded my $57.00, But they are refusing to refund my $67.00 because they claim that was for coaching and a menu that I NEVER signed up for or received. It seems clear to me now why they never sent me a receipt.
I honestly don't know how they can sleep at night stealing from people. Yes! I consider it stealing when you pay $67.00 for something you thought you were getting but never got and them claiming that you ordered something that you never would have ordered when you have severe health issues.
Again, I take full responsibilty for making the mistake of ordering anything from them.
I wish I had checked out all of the honest, BAD reviews about them before I made the mistake of trusting them.
Update: There is no way for me to respond to their comments, but I assure you that they are Lies! I wrote to them the very same day asking for refunds but they ignored me for almost a week.
They refunded half of my money so they DO have my account number. They Never sent me a receipt or confirmation or account number . I DO have ALL of my conversation messages with them if you want them.
I have contacted my Credit Card company to do a chargeback for the rest of my money.
